Hey guys

Need some advice regarding my current routine. Really looking for some input and ways i can improve it.

For length I am using the penistretcher, as seen at Link Removed

7 days a week for 10 hours a day.

And for girth I am doing Squeezes Mon and Thurs of each week.

Is this too much? Finding the time to wear this thing for 10hrs is proving difficult, due to commitments and what not.

I have been doing this for just over 6 weeks. I have gained .25" el, haven't measured girth but it is noticeably fatter.

.25" in 6 weeks is not bad at all. I would have to suggest continuing the same program until you hit a plateau. Then change things up.

$300! Damn that is 6 MOS memberships! WOW. They give you a nice box though. If you are making length gains I agree with MDC, stick with it. I am confused on the girth issue. Why are you stretching for girth? You would be better off jelqing , squeezing and/or bending instead.

Maybe incorporate some other stretches into your routine.

On the days that you cannot where it for 10hrs then do some "A"-stretches and or downward stretches .

Other than that it sounds as if you are making good gains. Congratulations and keep up the good work. ;)
