I am confused about this part "10 min. 30 sec on/off cold/hot water directly on groin, end with cold" if you could clarify. Also are you including any stretching in your routine?

strangely enough, ive actually taken it out of my routine. my putting cold water on an area of the body then hot water for equal amounts of time creates vascoconstriction and vascocillidation where the blood vessels contstrict and widen in a kind of pumping action bringing in fresh blood and nutrients and so on. unfortunately, any heat after session leaves my unit too sore and it does not recover as quickly so im going to be doing just straight 10 min. cold water .
with the my jelqing i have tried longer sessions and have been a longtime lurker at peforums, thunders, cc, and here and have read a lot of different routines and results and have looked how i have reacted to different lengths of time. 5 min. is short i know, but i make it very intense and i defintely expand the penis beyond its normal capacity simply stimulating growth that will properly heal and lead to growth. im a pretty intense jelqer and because of that longer times which are normal for some are extreme for me and lead to overtraining.
with stretching , i have an extremly low lot, its when i stretch it straight down there is no tugback which means i should be performing downward stretching or hitting my ligs. i have tried this and actually did a stretch where i would kneel down and stretch my penis between my legs and pull, but at the same time i would arch my back and thrust my pelvic area forward really stressing the ligs. yet, i think i will be simply putting in simple downward stretches with kegels throught to create the "blaster" effect. i will post a question in the pe section to see if this will be more effective and if i understand lot correctly.
i will post in this thread again my revised routine and any advice is much appreciated.
oh, and im 7.5"X5" with a moderate leftward curve, i really dont have fat pad.

I think you should be working on your tunica according to the LOT theory. Of course, it's been a while since I've worried about that theory, so I may not be remembering it correctly.

thanks, but i really think i have too much skin to get an effective stretch . im uncircumsized but i really have to bunch it up on the head and ive tried to pull it back and i dont want to stretch with the head for fear of damage. i think im just gonna focus on jelqing.

start: 7.5"x5"
goal: 9.5"x6"
and ill just keep going from there.

There are quite a few guys that are uncut that do stretching with no problem. Maybe you should ask this question in the main forum. You may get a slu of new ideas.
