Hello all, im new to this so i kinda need some advice from the masters :)
Im doing DLD newbie routine, except i do stretches holding them for 5 minutes (not at full stretch ) then i do the 30 second stretch at full stretch .
I also do 40 minute of jelqs and kegel exercise through out the day. Now i was wondering what i should add to that overtime or if there is anything else i should add now.

Eh, I'd ditch the 5 minute hold. 30 seconds is plenty. You want the stretching to be intense. Quality over quantity, as they say.

Overtime add some advanced exercises such as ulis and horse squeezes for girth and DLD blasters for length .
