I was wondering how many of you guys split your routine into length and girth sessions. Like say length in the morning and girth later on at night or even seprate days. And how many of you just sit down and do the whole thing at once?

I do it all in one sitting. I warm up, stretch for a half hour, then work girth for an hour or more.

I stretch throughout the day as well... after each piss. If I remember to, that is.

Godsize -

Are you getting good length gains? Do you do manual stretching ? Just wondering because i only do 10-15 minutes stretching a day, Maybe i should do more? :)

Yeah, the gains are there. Nothing fantastically dramatic, but they're there nonetheless.

If 15 minutes is getting you results, then stick with it until it doesn't, ya know?
