But why is it then that every else starts off by doing manual work, I.e DLD’s beginner routine, and gain a solid amount of newbie gains? Where as I don’t.

This is why I’m so disheartened by p.e. Now and I’m questioning whether or not I will ever succeed.

I never did manual work. I started with an extender before switching over to using the LengthMaster. You must first cast away the negative thoughts to pave the way for a clear mind. Grab that LengthMaster and master the wrapping technique. You will never see anyone on this forum who will come out to say he is using the LengthMaster for 20 mins daily and not gaining. I use my LengthMaster for 1 hours daily.
 
I’m considering a new approach as I do want to succeed and I do believe p.e works, there’s enough proof after all.

The plan is to wear the l.m for the foreseeable 3 months and go from there. I’m considering an ADS too. I’ve seen a basic stretcher on P.E gym, I may get that and see how it goes, then upgrade for the phallosan.

Thanks huge-girth I appreciate it! I’ve completed a few 20-30 min workouts and I just do a generic up, down, outward, left, right and some rotaries, with some bundled stretches.

How does an extender differ from an ads? Surely the ads is better overall?

An extender is strictly for gaining length because you can increase tension. If you want an ADS get the Phallosan. You can use the Phallosan at max tension during the day and then use it as an ADS at night.

ADS=All day stretcher
Extender = partial day stretcher


An ADS as the Phallosan is truly an All day stretcher since it can be worn 24 hours a day. It gives the intensity of extenders to gain and also gives a medium tension for healing. It can be work in many more positions than an extender. It is far more comfortable and concealable.

An Extender like the SizeGenetics can be worn up to an hour (some can go longer). It delivers length gains very quickly as it can be set to very intense settings. It can also be used in healing at a lighter setting. You are restricted to only a few angles but the angles possible do a great job. It is not as concealed or comfortable. But intensity is greater than an ADS.


My advice is the Phallosan and get one soon while I am giving $25.00 cash back and a free $65 membership to the video site.
 
I think the phallosan would be best overall then. I’m considering buying a cheaper ads and extender tbf, I think I could get two devices and put them through their paces, then look to upgrade.

Don't buy cheap devices and end up with regret. Just save and buy the Phallosan. it is worth it.

After using the l.m for the past 3 weeks my flaccid does look a little bigger so I thought getting the phallosan would add to this nicely. Is there an approach you would recommend? E.g. every day or set hours.

It is best to use the LengthMaster - Penis Bundle Stretcher & Weight Hanging right before wearing the PF. Everyday training is good if your body can take it.
