Here I go tinkering around in the bathroom again:D Today I tried a new stretch and the post stretch feeling were incredible. During the stretch I felt all areas of my penis stretching from my ligs through my shaft with an intensity nothing like before. I would like everyone to give these a go, I am pretty sure they will be playing a large part in the PHASE's because of how intense they are. I would love feedback.

DLD's ROTARY A-STRETCH BLASTERS:
Sitting on the toilet get yourself into the traditional “A” stretch.

DLD's A-Stretch:
The A-Stretch is a dual stretch exercise. The main principal of the A-Stretch is based on 2 areas of stretch using your arm as a lever. I will describe it here but to better understand this stretch see the illustration. In a seated position grab your flaccid penis just below the head. Weave your other arm under your penis grabbing the wrist of the hand holding the penis. (At this point your penis shaft should be draped over your wrist) Pulling out from your body and horizontal to your legs. This is the A-Stretch. Pressure can be adjusted to the users preference.



Once in the “A” Stretch pull your penis to a good solid stretch straight out (. In this position once in this position KEGEL for 5 seconds holding minimul presure on the stretch followed by a REVERSE KEGEL. Once in the REVERSE KEGEL move both arms in a rotary motion at a 100% outward stretch (penis draped over wrist glans pointing down). (See Illustration) This rotary stretch should last 10 seconds. I think of my arms and penis as one unit and I am rotating the entire package.

I completed 50 sets of the above
formula: 5 second kegel (minimal Tension)/10 second reverse kegel (rotary at 100%) x 50

DLD, I think we talked about these before....I have been doing these from day one. I kegel at 12 o'clock and reverse at 6 o'clock. I started with a regular A-stretch and went to a bundled stretch after I was warmed up. If I can find the thread I'll re-post it...They are awesome.....I do them in a tunica stretch position, regular position and down low for the ligs......then I reverse and go counter clockwise when I reverse the hands. I do five sets each then switch hands. very tired afterwards.lol

I know thats why I was agreeing with you so much about the width exercises.
Because I think the combination of the both can yield some serious results.
Some serious building can be obtained. These along with Supra's slammers...
This is NOT your grandfather's Penis Enlargement I'm talking about........lol

Sounds great! This would work almost all angles in one stretch! Nice! I'll add this to my routine for sure!

Has anyone tried pulse 110s with wrist flicks or turns, with each pulse you'd turn the wrist that has the penis draped over it clockwise with the stretch. I like these as well it gives you an extra tug, and a crazy lig stretch!

D I trieD these and wanTed to Ask if thiS sounds right. When Im streTching ouutward I move my arm and piece in a Rotation like I'm stirring soup or somethinG? If thIs is right then I guess I'm doin it righT. Whatis the Poping Sound I get and is thAt oK?

9, thats a lig pop...no biggie as long as you don't hurt afterwards its just a little unsettling the first time you get one........
DLD I'm really surprised that not more people have responded to this idea.
I think along with the width and girth stuff this is really important for length...

Exactly! A lig pop is a strange phenomenon, mainly because it comes from the penis, but it is basically the same thing as cracking your knuckle. The "pop" sound is air that is trapped at the ligaments that is released when you stretch the lig away from the pubic bone. I don't get these myself but many guys do.

shojii, I think people will after I post my theory thread on this. I have been doing allot of reading on ligament movements and applied pressure and I am now compiling that information. I hope to have an illustrated post up soon.
 
cool, can't wait to see it. Even though it might be a little difficult at first, I bet you could add the benefits of the pulse stretch into it. But, doing the rotary part and the pulsing together would be really awkward...
 
Just goes to show how versatile the A stretch is, it's been the foundation of most of my Penis Enlargement work. I've done pulses for the last couple of weeks (my first attempt at a routine - and it is working - hope to post some after shots soon) and feel i've plateaued on them so i'll incorporate these for a couple of weeks with some other stretches and will have a gain to post in 3 weeks or die trying!!
