Hey,
Just got the ROP yesterday. And wore it to the gym for the first time today.
Besides forgetting all about it when doing Back/Shoulders. I ran 3 miles in 25 min. (not the point but, it shows that you can work out intensely with it on).
And there are ZERO comfortability and mobility issues. I am sure that Supra already knew this. But I'm just letting everyone else know. I have read a lot of posts from everyone losing weight and working out so I thought that this would be a relevant post.....t/c....

I was quite surprised by this actually. I've been wearing mine for about a week now and I hardly know I have it on. I too have been exercising (running included) and this is a non-issue.

That was the one kinda issue I had. I workout 6 days a week and if it was annoying It really would have sucked. But your right its a non-issue...
ALL HAIL SUPRA...............lol

One thing I strongly suggest - be cautious if you shave the pubes. I got a little razor burn and wearing the ring right now is not fun. Have to wait a day or two and let the burn heal. The ring aggrevates it. Next time, I think I will just trim. A little hair will be ok - still get good contact against the skin.

The only other annoying thing is wearing the ring on the sides when I sleep. I wake up after a few hours and get a burning feeling on my skin where the rods are. I tried the ring on the top and bottom during sleep but its uncomfortable.

Any suggestions?

does the ROP prevent the severe shrinkage from athletics? Are you guys running with 5-6" flaccid

Maybe I have it on too tight?

Betterman13........I have been shaving for a long time. And maybe yours is too tight, or you just have really sensitive skin. Its only been 1 1/2 days. But no problems: shaving, working out or sleeping...try to loosen it up a touch or, get womens razors and sensitive skin shaving cream. Sounds wussyish I know, but it might help....goodluck

Betterman, maybe try babypowder to help lessen the friction up top.

Mine is sometimes uncomfortable when I sleep too. Whether the rods are on the sides or top/bottom - they get hot as hell and burn like a SOB!

Mine doesn't get very hot at all. Maybe just a little warmer than my body temp. The reason for this could be that I'm just so Damn HOT!!

Are they burning due to high temperature, or is it more of an electrical burn? If you can't tell, check the temperature with your fingers. If it's an electrical burn, it might be because your skin resistance is too high. Try adding some lube or skin lotion to increase your skin conductivity.

I have had my ROP for two days (wearing it nearly constantly) and have had >>no problems at all.<<

I've been shaving the sides and sac (without shaving cream or anything = macho!) for a couple of years, and it hasn't caused any irritation. You might try talc after shaving to ease the razor burn and maybe protect from the electrical heat you're feeling from the rop.

Yesterday, the first full day in it, I forgot I was wearing it until I whipped out my cock to piss and was totally surprised.

I only had to trim about 1/4 inch of the tubing and it's snug enough at first but feels better as I get that incredible fullness after about 15 minutes.

I'll write about this later, but for now I just want to say thank you, Supra. This thing rocks.

Actually the only time it is uncomfy is when I wake up in the middle of the night with the sleepy woodys we all get. Because its fitted to me flaccid.
I changed from metal on top to metal on the sides and it helped also, now loosen it up a bit for the night time... And to answer the exercise shrink...
I never really had a problem ..lucky with that...but will be cognizant and check back in a few days...

Most ROP comfort dilemmas can be solved by this: Wear the metal on the sides during the day and on the top and bottom at night. For some reason people tend to wake up with a burning pain when the metal is on the sides at around 5am in the morning, I don't know why. But theres almost no problems when the metal is at the top and bottom. The one problem area is shaving the base of the dick. The ROP really agrivates me, so use a trimmer and not a blade.

My ROP hasn't caused me too much of a discomfort problem. I just wear it with the rods on top and bottom rather than on the sides. I can't turn over when I sleep no because of my nighttime wood. LMAO
