My beginning size:
I am startin at 5.5" length and 5" girth. 5 is such an average number, don't you think? Well anyway, I plan on being above average.

My beginning workout (2days-on 1day-off):
3-5 mins warm towel wrap
5 sets streches
30 mins Wet Jelq
2 sets 200 kegels (daily)

Also trying a whole fitness and exercise regime as I believe the key to any muscle building is good blood flow and loadsa protein! Gym 3 times a week and healthy diet including protein, creatine and glutamine for the first month. *This may not start till mid Jun '04*

My beginning goal:
The sky is the limit... ok about 7" length and 6" girth. but let's take it one day at a time and see if I get results first! rofl

Gone up to 5.7" already in about a week, but this is probably just temporary gains. Girth feels slightly bigger but haen't measured.

Just can't wait to hear those sweet words from my girl -
"baby... um... have you got bigger??" :zzboner:

Anyways I also want to recommend kegels to every1, damn those are so good for your erection and ejaculation strength. I've been doing it for less than a week and I can tell the difference already!!

Well, it's been a long time. My gains have stayed and I think I'm about 6' by 5' now. Need to take new measurements. Will post em soon. Gona start again, on DLD's newbie routine. Got exams at the mo, so gona start this weekend when I got less to think about.
Alot has changed since last June. Over summer 2004 I got in the gym for sum serious body building trainin and transformed my body from a pear to a V. Feeling alot more confident. I'm 6ft, Benching 100Kgx8, Squating 120Kgx8, Biceps are 16' around, and 6 pack is showing thru my slight excess of fat.
I'm beginning my Penis Enlargementing with a new bodybuilding routine, as of this weekend as well, as I am pretty sure this will help with blood flow. I will also be on alot of supps including:
Cyclone (all in one - protein, creatine, glutamine, HydromaxB, Beta-Ecdysterone)
Extra Protein
ZMA
Green Tea
Multi-vitamin tablets
High dose Vitamin C tablet
Cod liver oil capsules

I will post all my size and trainin stats as of this weekend, when i take em again for beginning stats. And I'll let you know, obviously, if all the trainin + supps seem to help. I will also post beginnin body and penis pics. Hope they both correlate in the same way.
