Since it's a supplement and not a drug I assume that all the benefits are permanent as long as you did the exercises and some maintenance routine on top of/continue with PE, that even if one stops taking them?

Can anyone help , my bpfsl is the same as my bpel is there anything behind this as my bpel was alot shorter than my bpfsl. I've seemed to close the gap recently....

Most store-bough mayo is made from rancid, gmo vegetable oils, that is why it is bad.
But if you can make or find one that is made with high-quality oils and eggs it is great (like olive/avocado oil and free-range egg yolks)
And I do not have anything against fasing as long as one isn't hungry.
