reverse kegel, dont get it

I cant quite feel how to do it.. there's supposed to be some tension in your abdomen correct? Its not completely isolated like the kegel?

I'm new hear but I think I might be able to help with this ? Do a normal kegal hold it then instead of just 'letting it go' try and let it go as slowly as possible. It may take a little getting used to. Good luck hope it works.

sorry I didnt quite clarify that the process of letting go is known as a reverse kegal i beleive someone correct me if Im wrong
