I've been hanging on the regular since I recieved my Bib stater back in May. I used all sorts of settings, and found one that works, and I've been sticking with it for a few weeks now.

I usually hang straight down while sitting at my computer desk. Lately, I noticed the weights keep touching the floor, and I have the nylon strap adjusted as high as it can go and it's been like that for a while, so my dick must be getting longer.

This ever happen to anyone else? I guess I'm gonna have to start sitting on phone books soon.

I've seen similar. Then again, I do most of my hanging BTC, so the weights are never anywhere close to the floor....usually over a foot from it because my feet are propped up on another chair.

That or the floor is getting higher :)

The thing that changed most dramatically from hanging was my flaccid length . Both when simply at ease and when flaccid stretched.
The big payoff - and challenge - is translating that into erect gains. The two never match up, but I have found that the only consistent indicator of a developing erect gain is an advance in my flaccid stretched length .
