btw, from hanging did u initially gain on LIgs and now ur trying to hit tunica? and if so what was ur LOT and how much did u gain from ligs?

My lot was 7 when i started hanging and i made a 1/4 inch gain in about 8-10 weeks,it went down to 6 and its hovered around there since,i did spend time hanging at the lower angles months later and saw no gains,thats when i decided to concentrate purely on the tunica and its finaly paying off,i really think bibs lot theory is correct,before i joined MOS i was doing long intense stretching sessions at the lower angles but no gains.

My LOT is slightly above 9,and im in my 2nd week of hanging. obviously no results as of yet, I don't know what to expect tho either.
