A few of you might remember i started bundled hanging back in august and i have been reluctant to measure.

Basically been doing bundled hanging SD and then went to normal SO,couple of weeks into SO i swapped to doing the first half of a set bundled SO then the second half of a set normal,bundled SO i have to keep hold of the hanger to stop it from untwisting.

I measured this morning taking advantage of the morning wood and got an unexpectant suprise,bpel just over 8 and a quarter inches thats a quarter of an inch gain,nbp 7 and a quater,currently bulking up during the winter so bodyfat is quite high about 16% hence the one inch fatpad.

Now this is the suprising bit,base girth is just over 6.5 inches,mid girth just short of 6 and below head 5.5,thats a quarter inch girth gain the full length of the shaft.

If you read this thread you will see i mention a couple of times that after a session i was getting alot of engorgement as if i'd been doing a heavy girth session,the only jelqing ive been doing is very light,100 reps behind the balls after a session and time permitting 100 c jelqs and 100 tunica jelqs later in the day.

Well i'm really buzzing at the minute,those gains might not seem that much to some but ive had some long stretches of seeing no gains in the last few years and this has really got my motivation high.

Plan for the moment is to keep hitting the tunica,alternating from bundled SD and SO and not to measure for 6 months.

If anyone wants to see proof then i will post some pics.

Awesome man. good to hear you broke out of your gainless state. Thats a pretty massive size as well. I hoping to get back into hanging once I gain another .25 in girth. I like all these different variations that you guys are trying and having good success with and glad to hear. You'll be at 9 in no time!
 
Awesome gains PA, congratulations mate, very inspiring indeed.

Me thinks will start to incoporate some twists of this nature into my current routine.
 
Congrats Prince. I know how it feels to finally make progress after being stuck at a plateau for a while. Keep it up mate!

Congrats PA, Wow, I am impressed. So, I don't know or didn't read or don't remember how you did the bundled hanging. I do a lot of bundled stretches so tell me how to combine that with hanging. That might be a way you are getting some stretch to that "septum" and giving the gains. I am convinced we need a say to force that septum to stretch, then the rest of the tunica will give to our length desire. GS
 
PA, I read those posts and looked at those pictures. Great posts and great pics. Thanks. I also put a link of these up there with Reds inquiry about length. I note that Bib talked to you about the "septum" and I have always felt this is my hold back. How to get the septum to give. It is like a wire holding back my length growth. The bundled hanging might be the thing that will cause it to give. I can easly add that to my hanging and will do so immediately. If we can get the septum to give we will gain length, I think, because the tunica seems to stretch more but won't give in length because the septum is holding back. You might want to read that post by RED on ideas for growth and see what you think about this septum business. GS

Hey Bib,thanks for all the help and feedback youv'e given me over the months it really is appreciated.

Base girth gains are known to happen from hanging but any idea why ive seen upper shaft girth gains from this technique,i no its not from the jelqing as that has been pretty low intensity compared to what i have done in the past.

I just would have no idea. I believe I have read one other report of this occuring. One possiblility is that the grasping of the hanger deforms the lateral bonds of the tunica. I believe someone else once postulated this. But I surely have no proof that it could happen.

Good thing anyway. Congrats for that also.

GS. ive always been very consistant with pe since i started,very rarely miss a session and got length gains fairly quickly from basic stetching/jelqing then nothing,after that for a two year period the only gains i saw were from clamping were i got .5 of an inch in about 5 months then nothing,i was doing everything right but no gains,started hanging and finaly saw progress again,that i think is down to it being a totally different stimulus to manual stretching,then gains stopped again,after trying various angles i stumbled on bundled hanging and gains have started to happen again,bib often says its all about finding your next limiting factor and i think this shows he is right.

You may be right the septum might be our limiting factor,it would be interesting to see what progress you make from bundled hanging.

Going well mate,up to 212lb @ 5'8,should be around a lean 190lb for summer.

I'm going slow for some reason this year. I'm 194 @ 5"11 @ 12%. my diet sucks and most importantly cant get enough sleep.

btw, from hanging did u initially gain on LIgs and now ur trying to hit tunica? and if so what was ur LOT and how much did u gain from ligs?
