Hi everybody,
I'm just starting phase two and I was wondering how many days a week i should do this. Everyday, every other day,...? Any suggestions? Thanks. supes

You are going to love Phase 2...Congratulations on your progress thus far. My suggestion is the same to everyone I say this to...EVERYDAY, NO DAYS OFF then work back from there. For some men this may be too much and I advise them to cut it back a day at a time until it feels right for them. Try 7-0 off...if too much switch to 6-1 or 5-2.
