Hi. Guys I am currently doing basic stretches for 15 minutes and jelqing for 20 minutes and increasing the time every week by 5 minutes. I work for 5 days and two days off for rest but I need your opinion should I take rest days or not and how important are rest days? Because I noticed some guys work for 7 days without much rest.

I like to ask you guys your opinion on viewing ���� because I have been trying to quite because some guys get ed and many other factors involved from what I researched?

Rest days are important. Most of us don't have rest because we're already advanced. If you masturbate minimum 3-4 times a week you're fine. Just don't fatigue your dick too much or you'll have bad erection quality

Here is the protocol on REST DAYS
I have always trained 7 days on no days off. I think this type of schedule promotes a more habitual program. For me days off can quickly turn into weeks off so it is better for me to be a daily trainer. I also believe that the penis only needs 24 hours of recovery before it is trained again. Some guys either do not have the time for this or it may be too difficult at first. In this case I recommend deducting one day at a time until the perfect routine is created. i.e. 6 on 1 off, 5 on 2 off.

I never took rest days, I went 7 on 0 off for a straight 12 years. The only time I have had off are days where it was impossible to train.

As far as ����������� goes, it is all about discipline, I do not like to view it myself as I know the trap it can becomes. I suggest looking for the most innocent sexual material to train from as possible. If you do view ���� be sure to avoid going deeper into it's depths, stay with innocence and do not go further. ���� addiction is a terrible thing and it is a killer of eq and libido. If you are religious you should follow your conscious on what your beliefs may be.
 
First question for you bro...
How does your dick feels after routine, is it sore, sensitive on touching?
If answer is YES you should go for two days on, one off allowing your penis to regroup and create new cells.
If you are not SO SORE after routine, dont do rest days too much, do it 5 days on 2 days off, my opinion. You will have to learn how your penis response on your routines, if you feel huge fatigue after routine, leave your dick to heal and regroup because in that sore state your penis is 70% "damaged" and it won't heal for 24 hours, you need at least 48h before next workout. Also, if your penis turtles many hours after routine - sign of fatigue !
 
all great advice, but what it boils-down to is that every one is different and the routine should be tailored to an individual. That being said, there are some basic principals found here that translates across all body-types and abilities...find what works for you.

I can only cite my experience, but when I started this PE journey 22 months ago my routine consisted of warming-up w/stretches and jeq's, then 20 minutes in my X40...after a few weeks of this I discovered The VV mod and began a twice-daily routine of 5X5X3's and I trained everyday. Then I hit a plateau so I changed it up and started incorporating rest days, (5 on 2 off) and it seemed to help me break-through. For me, it seems that I'm always having to change things up to keep my body guessing, so I believe PE is evolutionary and specific to each person.

Yes it varies from guy to guy, we are all different.
Look, you should try another way of rest days, when you are on routine, "paste" dick up real good, tomorrow do the same intensity, then go for one day of rest...SEE HOW YOUR PENIS RESPONSE, and apply rest days according to the dick. My cure for plateau was to quit PE for 2-4 weeks, with no significant size drop, when I was back in game, penis was craving for workout, penis response on routine was AMAZING, I got 1 inch girth expansion every routine, and during stretching I felt every lig stretching, both dorsal nerves was exposed :) I hope you will pull some infos from this post and implement in your schedule :)

Decreasing rest days= more gains

A good 2 cents and I will take it and put it towards my sneaker fund:)

You are correct, some men respond to a constant barrage of training by incredible growth, like myself. Other men fair far better with less time training and more time off. For every man he need to find his perfect routine schedule and that is why rest days are written as I wrote the.

yes my russian friend is certainly correct. The way to produce more results is to decrease days off and increase intensity. SRT ideas/ principles
 
I avoid rest days like a plague for reasons already mentioned by dld.

Yes I know. Another reason why I train daily is because I don't feel much fatigue after a session.
 
I usually take a rest day every 5-6 days, but on my rest days I usually still wear my ujw so that I don't turtle throughout the day. My #1 pet peeve is being turtled so I make sure that I am always wearing at least my ujw, except for when I sleep... I don't wear anything at night.

I craved PE, I did it not just everyday but all day. I loved waking up to PE, I loved doing it all the day and I loved it when I trained at night. I took advantage of every possible thing to get in as much as I could.

I'm starting to separate my sessions even more and do some extra stretching just to keep feeling the stretch

I think pumping and hanging is what I will get into hence forth, this will keep me very busy.

When training length, I don't take an off day. For girth, so take one day off and some times, I can take 2 days off as well.
