Is there any particular reason to train seven days a week? Is it more beneficial when it comes to gains? What's the best way, cause I have the time to train seven days a week.

Yeah... 7 on 0 off means more Penis Enlargement per week than 5 on 2 off or whatever....
If you feel you can heal from the last Penis Enlargement session in one day, than do it!
I do 7on 0off

I think doing it 7 days a week can be beneficial, just don't be inflexible. If you feel no fatigue, don't take the day off. But it you start to have pain, take the damn day off! And even if you do it everyday, take an extended break after many months of Penis Enlargementing, that seems to recharge one's gains.

I'm with Gandolf and Omul_Paianjen. If you think you can handle 7-0, try it and track your gains. If you are not satisfied, go to 5-2, but understand it will take a few weeks to get meaningful feedback.
