Girth is my thing right now, so this applies solely to girth rest.

Everyone has their theories on how many rest days per week are important and so on. Several will say rest when you are sore. But now, even with intense routines (check my log) I'm never sore the next day. I do girth work every day, and go hard. I'm not making gains.

I talked to a few people who say rest days are vital. I've also talked to people that say they aren't - work every day. I'm very weary of losing days that I could be doing work - but could it be more effective than actually doing the work?

Anyways, what kind of rest do you take and why?
 
I like yourself don't get sore doing clamping everyday, usually its about 2 20min sessions. Sure, im a bit fatigued but not sore to the point where I can't get an erection, it takes me atleast 2 hours of clamping to reach that level. Which is time I don't have on a day to day basis for Penis Enlargement at the moment. So I do my girth routine 6 days a week and just take 1 day off for the hell of it, not because im sore, just because I need a day off of Penis Enlargement in general just so i don't get bored of doing it everyday. Im not really sure if it aids in growth process, though it seems that everyone is different and report different gains, so I say go as intense as you can without getting sore. If you don't get sore, keep truckin', just remember sometimes you might need a day off just for yourself or time schedule etc.
 
I tend to not take off any days unless my erection quality is suffering or if something unexpected comes up that prevents me from doing it. I find that If I let myself have off days it turns into off weeks, etc. Also I tend not to gain or to gain very slowly if I do 1 on 1 off or something like that. I seem to be gaining on this every day plan.
 
i feel the same way as cyclops i train girth everyday to make it a habit...if i feel like my erection aren't going to hold up then i won't deal with it...i don't really like measuring so i don't know if this helps or hurts me...but i can notice a difference when i look at it and my girl can feel it :p...i wonder what is the ratio of people that work girth everyday as oppose to every other day or another schedule
 
Well, I was seriously stressing this,

I was thinking Penis Enlargement mon-friday and take the weekend off, my dick is usually sore by the end of the week anyways..

I just love pulling and squeezing is so much, :)
 
I was wondering about rest as well. I can get an erection,but the squeezes cause a more than usual intense pressure. It doesn't hurt, but lets just say i can't wait until the end of the 30 second hold. I was thinking of resting on Sat, and Sunday. So 5 times a week, 2 30 minutes sessions a day.
 
I think I misrepresented myself, Cyclops touched on it briefly. Here's my question:

Are rest days a necessity for growth?

Yes, I work out everyday, and I love working out everyday. Not only do I work out every day, but several times a day. I hate missing days. But for as hard as I'm working my gains aren't so hot.

I like to check out Thunder's every once in a while. I think this forum drives Thunder's into the ground - but they have some really knowledgable guys. Impressively knowledgable. Several guys over there advise rest days for growth.

I am going to experiment with rest days. Starting with 4 on 1 off plan. Even that is tough for me. Making my exercise habitual and dedicating myself to it isn't a problem by far. Making the most of what I do is.

Kong told me that its seems the guys that get the most gains are the ones who let their dicks take a break, I think resting is important myself..
 
Yeah, I think you might be on the right track. Do you think you can dig up what Kong said exactly? I'm trying to put together a report on rest days and their potential.

About my schedule...well, that is not an exact schedule. What I was trying to get across to you is to randomize it. You can go 1 on 1 off, 2 on, 1 off, 5 on 3 off, whatever. I am trying to say do not give your penis a chance to get accustomed to the exercises and conditioned. Mix it up. I usually Penis Enlargement about four to five times a week, and sometimes I do a few light routines here and there when I have a few minutes.
I'm glad I keep all my reciepts.

I'm going to try taking a break this weekend, except the ocassional stretching and kegals in the shower, but come monday im gonna i'll be back at :)

I would have to disagree with that. Bib hanged for up to 6 hours per day, did extreme uli's multiple times per day and gained 4" of length and 2" of girth in something like 2.5 years. DLD says he did hours of stretching per day and we know his gains. There are other examples of people from �other forum� who hang all day and have gained a ton of length.
I don't see any people making extraordinary gains with a relaxed schedule. I think with Penis Enlargement more is better as far as gains are concerned (length or girth).
 
I think rest days are important. Just look at it this way, if you do it every day then your body gets used to the workout and the pressure put on the penis making gains slow or nonexistant. I believe by taking 1 or 2 days off during the week will help because it helps for the penis to recover and then when you start back up your routine it sort of shocks your penis into growing. That is just what I believe.
 
Would you guys say that Penis Enlargement gains are instant, or something that happens when you sleep?
 
Its impossible to find out weather rest days are good for Penis Enlargement or not, because like everyone says 'everyone is different'. Some gain by doing Penis Enlargement everyday with very little breaks (DLD) whilst others feel a break helps them. The only way to find out is to try it yourself and find out what suits you.
