I felt like I was reaching the brink of overtraining after my BAthmate session yesterday so I skipped PF overnight. Still a lil sore so I decided to do a full day rest today. Going to bed now and felt like PF wouldn't be overkill but playing it safe to go hardcore tomorrow. What's the general consensus? Is PF always a good idea or full rest?
 
I'm in the camp that when it comes to any kind of stretching, rest is not needed. In fact, stretching while the penis is fatigued may be even MORE productive!

The only exception would be if you have blisters/scrapes/abrasions or some other skin issue that is going to be irritated by training. I always like to let my skin heal. But as far as the penis itself, I only rest for girth work, not for length.
 
I feel I might just be in an earlier PE phase than you! Not too long ago I got this ligament pull and the more I stretched it the worse it hurt until I couldn't even pump or stretch anymore. It took two weeks of full rest to go away. So I'm increasing intensity slowly but being a little careful. That's good data anyhow, because this time the soreness was mostly lower shaft, with some lig. I already took the full rest day, but I'll keep that in mind for next time

I agree,stretching is based on fatigue,the more fatigued the tissues are the more likely you see a better stretch,but be careful,if you feel bad/pain of any kind TAKE A REST! its not like your dick is going anywhere,right?
 
Even though I've been doing PE for years, it's been very start and stop, so right now I'm in a beginner type phase. The rest day was a success! The following day I had a little extra girth expansion and about an eight inch increase in the bathmate tube. Might do a rest day every two weeks for the beginning and see if I get similar results next time too!!

Many Brothers are like this, on and off and even in those conditions gains have been made. I always say, imagine if you applied yourself what you could gain!

Amen brother!! I feel the same way!! That's why I'm pulling, bending, squeezing, and extending mine, all day, every day! Lol.
 
This is the rest day protocol from the members site:

REST DAYS
I have always trained 7 days on no days off. I think this type of schedule promotes a more habitual program. For me days off can quickly turn into weeks off so it is better for me to be a daily trainer. I also believe that the penis only needs 24 hours of recovery before it is trained again. Some guys either do not have the time for this or it may be too difficult at first. In this case I recommend deducting one day at a time until the perfect routine is created. i.e. 6 on 1 off, 5 on 2 off.

It makes sense to rest for girth work maybe once in a week but for length, I don't rest at all

But too much rest becomes a permanent vacation when discipline is not respected.

I think the maximum amount of off days that is advisable is somewhere around 5 to 6 days in a month
