Redz Frendos have changed the game for me I've been doing 3 20 min sets a day and weekends off for two weeks and during the exercise my girth is 6.75 after the set it's 6.5 and after a weekend break its 6.25 and I started at 6.1 the trick is to wrap ace bandage around the base when not working out and wrapping the base lighter before bedMOS
This routine is by far the best I have done for girthMOS

Wait what? You wear a clamp (as much as I understood- you're talking about clamping and its effects on your girth) while you sleep, is that right or I got it wrong??
 
No, I think he means evening sessions, before bed.

RedZulu's or Frendos, this training method is on the clamping section of the forum. Basically it's clamping at the base and the squishing your erect member between two tiles. Makes crazy expansion and it's very extreme workout, so definitely not for someone who's been in the game only for a while.

Never clamp while sleeping! There's no training a broken dick or especially a dead dick ...
Light wrapping is alright (during sleep), I guess, but be careful out there.
 
I wore a thin wrap and clamp all day. It helped with expansion any time you get horny, also, it helped stretch my scrotum. I have a good hang all day. I stopped because my scrotum was stretching too much. I didn't want to get super long balls you know. It's the best thing to do when you're after girth. ADC, ALL DAY CLAMP. Or to scrotum stretch with massages.
 
Hmmm, isn't clamping too dangerous to be done so much especially throughout the day (as run said). I know it is the best girth exercise, but still I am a newbie to Penis Enlargement and am not sure whether to start clamping or not. How did you pass the fear barrier?
 
If at all, your constantly checking. That was my fear. I know what can happen, so I always paid attention. If it gets too tight, you feel a dull pain starting. Because it's your testicles, you'll feel it even more due to sensitivity. Any chance I have, I would think about sex so I could get aroused. That would expand my penis and scrotum. Then I would loosen the clamp to let the blood flow out. Not to tight, but not to loose. After 3 months, my sac hangs low, it's very stretchy and my balls feel so much better. It seems like they got bigger, but I can't fully guaranty that. Just something I wanted to give a try and it turned out great. Always be careful no matter what you decide.
