I read about Penis Enlargement about a year ago and did it for maybe a month just jelqing and didn't see any appreciable results. I started up again around May 1 of this year at 6.75" EL and probably about 5.8-5.9" EG, which was my natural size. (Little did I know my girth was above average, which would have been very useful information to my younger self when I lost erections in condoms due to them being too tight and lost a few chances at great sex because of it.)

My routine that I have been doing for the past month goes something roughly like this, but I can't keep to too firm a schedule:

-At least 5 days/week- manual stretching , 60 sec. up/down/left/right, V-stretches straight outward for about 30 seconds at four different points along my penis, then I hold it against my stomach and stretch upward until my hands get too sweaty or I get an erection from touching my dick so much.

-Girth- the only girth work I do is the constrictor/squeeze/whatever it's called to enlarge the bottom half of my shaft...I clasp at the base of my dick at full erection then squeeze my glans and upper part of the shaft to engorge the lower half for about 15 seconds. I do this maybe 5 times, about 3 times/week. I don't want my girth to be any larger, so I'm just trying to thicken up the slimmer part of my shaft. Sometimes--maybe twice/week--I do erect bends in four directions for about 10 seconds each.

Just measuring today, I'm at 7.25" EL and 6.0" EG (gains of 0.5" EL and about 0.1" EG in a month), which is surprising; I did not think I would gain so much so fast. My goal is 8X6, and when I get it, I will stop Penis Enlargementing simply because I think sex would be too difficult with too many girls.

Unfortunately (and I think conversely to many people here), my flaccid size has not much improved at all. My length is about 5", on average, and my girth is a little under 5". I am a swimmer, so a few hours every day in a speedo and cold water while exercising definitely hinders my showing capacity. But with a few drinks in my system, I always inadvertantly develop a nice chub around 6.5X5.5, which is good showing size, I'd say.

I also do some foreskin restoration because of my growing turkey neck. I try to do this every day, but usually do it about 5 times/week. I use clear scotch tape in the cross pattern. (Using scotch tape is like using alcohol-based aftershave: it stings at first, but youget used to it.)

So there you go. I also kegel whenever I'm seated (now) and sometimes pin my dick under my leg on long drives for a little lazy ass stretch .

Forgot to add, I'm 6'8" and my hands are 9" from wrist to fingertip, so my 7+" dick in my hands looks the same as, say, a 6" dick in normal hands. That coupled with my long torso and legs takes away from my size, but the ruler rules all, I guess.

nice so far my gains in length department are 0. Im starting upside down v streching its easier that way... Its the same thing except way easier.

Update:

BPenis EnlargementL: 7.4

I just recently realized how tight the skin on my penis really was, so I have FR to thank heartily for my gains, present and future.

My current routine:

5 min. stretch straight up to work tunica beneath balls.
1 min each of strecth to right, left and down
5 min. <a href="http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=2082">'stills tunica strech'</a>
V-stretches pulling out and pushing down at four different points along shaft for about 30 seconds at each spot for 2-4 sets
<a href="http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?t=1816">BTC stretch </a> for 1 min on either side

I try to stretch 6 out of 7 days but usually only make it about 5 days/week.

As for girth, I don't want to gain too much, just a little evening at the base, where I am about 0.5" smaller in circumference than just below the glans. I am now doing 3-5 erect bends to each side and a few constrictors, clamping the base and squeezing the gland and the top part of the shaft.

I think I'm going to start strecthing out the balls, too. This shit is addicting!

I said my goals were 8X6, but I think I might want to go for 9" and maybe 6.1-6.3 EG.

Updated stats I didn't have before:

BPFSL - 8.1
FL - 5.0
FG - 4.5

And I'm doing pretty much all of my stretches bundled now, we'll see how that goes.

I seem to have gained a bit of weight lately. I can actually notice a bit of a fat pad where I never could before. I'm 7.1 NBPenis EnlargementL compared to 7.2 a month ago. My BPenis EnlargementL is up to 7.5, though.

I also have gained 0.1 in EG bringing me up to 6.1. That's mid-shaft. At the base it's just a hair under 6.0 while around the widest part of the glans it's about 6.3.

I'm up to 7.75 BPenis EnlargementL :drinkup:

I've been stretching only sporadically, usually just stretching at various angles while I'm at the computer or sitting working on something. I'll stretch over and under my thighs, straight up and down and miz in a few A-stretches and DLD blasters, all bundled .

So, I guess that my current stretching routine proves that a little bit of stretching very often throughout the day gets results just as well as one intense session.

I have found inspiration in a post someone made regarding some parts of the penis having slack when you stretch it outward. I dug around at the base and found some tight spots and am now concentrating on stretching those tight spots.

The angles I'm hitting are from 9 o'clock to 11 o'clock and likewise from 1-3 o'clock, if you're facing someone imagining a clock face over their unit. So, basically, straight out to both sides, then up along my belly to just before vertical. I'm doing these bundled .

As far as girth, I'm still doing mainly constrictors clamping at the base then squeezing the glans and top part of the shaft to mainly work the base girth, which is slowly but surely catching up to the upper shaft.

With this new length idea, I hope to hit 8" BPenis EnlargementL by the end of the year, then by next summer, 8" NBPenis EnlargementL, by which time my girth will probably be at my goal size of just over 6" (currently 6.1 at the biggest part of the shaft).

I won't be mesuring until 2005, because I think I've been measuring too often lately and haven't been seeing the gains I used to be, although I'm still gaining at about the same pace. If I'm not at 8" BP and 6" EG around the base (where it's the smallest) by then...who knows...

It looks bigger than it has been and measuring last week, I was about 7.8" BP.

Gains so far in BPenis EnlargementL:
First two months- 0.5"
Next two months- 0.15"
" "- 0.35"

So, I'm confident an additional 0.25" will be added from this past month and the upcoming 5 weeks.

So close!

After a newfound gusto for length exercises recently (I saw my length decrease a little bit), I reached about 7.99" BPenis EnlargementL this morning. God, I want to say 8", but it really isn't quite there.

And I've just been doing some jelqs and the occasional base clamp/glans squeeze to keep my girth up over 6" while I gain in length , and it seems I've gained a bit in the girth department as well; I couldn't fit a dollar bill around mid-shaft, whereas for the past year, the two ends of the bill have just slightly overlapped.

So, this brings me to 7.9 X 6.2. I'll borrow a friend's camera when I hit 8", because I'll be shouting it from the rooftops.

By the way, the dollar bill trick is great for sticking your visage in a girl's memory, if the dick alone won't do it. Even at around 5.8 or 5.9" of girth, after sex, when your penis is starting to, err...deflate, your girth shoots up a bit and you can easily show that you can't fit a dollar bill around yourself.

I always have cash handy rofl
