Redness at tip of glans

I seem to have redness at the very tip of my glans (a circle of sorts, right around the actual hole). It has been quite sensitive and a bit irritating of late. I am thinking that it is caused from my manual stretching - from gripping right below the glans when I do my 40 second manual stretches . Anyway, any cream to help with this that someone recommends or maybe I just need to take a few days off of Penis Enlargement'ing - though I don't want to.

I got this from hanging and I have heard several other people get something like this as well. Basically it is a bruise and the darker the bruise the more severe. Bruising is a form of tissue damage though if it is not too severe, it is no big deal and will heal right back up, just take it easy while you are hurt.

If you get a big bruise on your arm do you rest it or do you continue to pound your arm with a hammer? Well with bruises to the penis, the best things you can do is do what you do with any other bruise or contusion and ice it immediately afterwards then try and keep a solid amount of circulation going on in the area to speed healing and more importantly to help prevent clotting and calcification of the tissue.

If you bruise an area of the body too much and too often without letting the injuries fully heal, you can build up scar tissue which from what I hear with Penis Enlargement ends up being a permanently discolored penis that some forum members like StillWantMore supposedly got during their early hanging days.

Jelqing I would imagine would be good for the injury so long as it is very light in intensity as would minor amounts of massage. I hold off on stretching , hanging , and choking the chicken until it clears up and then add one more day just to make sure because even though the bruise may not be visible, it might still be there deep within the tissue. I once had a contusion to my left thigh in high school as a result of a soccer game injury and the sight of the bruise never appeared because I had really big muscular legs at the time and the contusion was very deep in the tissue. When I realized it kept getting worse instead of better, I went to the Sports Medicine doctor and they did some X-Rays and Ultrasounds and found that part of my muscle tissue had calcified and if I had waited another 2 weeks before getting treatment, I might of been crippled for the rest of my life with very limited range of movement in my thigh. Well, they got rid of the calcium deposit with ultrasound and it healed up just nice and fine and I was able to finish out the season as the tissue started to loosen up again.

Anyways, this is just my experience with bruises, but considering how sensitive penis tissue is, I would just go at it lightly to keep the circulation flowing and not do anything too stressful, especially the activity that lead to the bruise in the first place.

I think I'll pick up some Vitamin K cream today and take it easy for a few days. Thanks for the reply!

Dario, I get the same thing when i grip too tightly to close to the top. if i go below the glans, i have no problem. When I first started A-stretching I got it a lot. Now I can do it by grabbing lower almost shaft wise and also getting a better stretch for me i have eliminated the red puffy peepee hole syndrome
