Also, the red spots disappeared the morning after I woke up, which was good. Except for one spot on the underside of my penis which actually was alot bigger then the rest. Continued the workout today, and more little red spots appeared (normal) but I checked the underside to make sure I didn't two anymore damage to the larger one, now I have 3 large red spots on the underside of my penis (leftish side). Right now I'm doing a 2 on 1 off Routine so tomorrow they get a chance to heal.
Just updating ya on my experience.
Never judge your workout by red spots. Sometimes you will get them other times you may not they are no indication of a "good" workout. Trust your ruler over everything.Xenoseal said:Yeah, yesterday was my day off, did a hot wrap and massage with a little light stretching . Were gone today.
Also.. after reading through posts and lookin through lots of pics.. did my Penis Enlargement today, and I got one big red spot on the left (seems to be my norm) but no little red spots everywhere else... now I feel like I didn't do a good enough workout!
