I have been struggling with gaining length lately,I thought because I was going too much on length exercises,so all I did the past week was newbie stretches and measured right now my bpfsl and I lost .2 inches went from 8.3 to 8.1, could anyone explain what the hell is going on? someone just tell me what I got to do to gain some freaking length! so frustrating
 
In my experience flacid length verys the most I would.honestly say keep.working give it another week and measure

not flaccid length,flaccid stretched length, but sure,flaccid length varies quite a lot.
 
I have already given my recommendation. Do intense stretches 5-6 tims a day for 5-10 minutes in different directions seen in the newbie routine.

what are you doing for length work right now mike?
 
Mine fluctuates as well. Just keep at it and don't worry unless it doesn't come back after several weeks. I suspect that things like fatigue, stress, and even hydration play a part in how elastic things are.

yea,you make perfect sense. I'll try not to focus on measurements right now and focus on training
 
I'd listen to seven if anyone knows the stretch game, it's this guy.

Temperature and ejaculation vary the BPFSL. If you want consistency in measurements measure at the same time around every day in which you know nothing really messed with your penis.

I haven't finished it yet, carved all the wooden parts out but haven't drilled the holes yet. there's a lot happening in my life at the moment

This is why I've always leaned towards measuring often, instead of at distantly scheduled times. Measuring once a month (for instance) leaves too much room for variability that is out of your control. I'm really after an upward trend in measurements, not a single instance of larger measurement.

This is a good point. Im going to keep this in mind.

Interesting, something I have never tried. You have done well so I will say this is good advice.

I think the determining factor in how often one should measure might be personality or temperament.

It seems as though measuring often really fucks with some guys heads, and they get in a negative mental state if 3 days go by with no gains. I'm just not lime that at all, so measuring often works well for me.

I'm just not even interested in how it affects my psychological state, I'm interested in the best way to determine if I'm making progress or not.

I remember your length is around 8.5 or something like that. I want to ask you if you ever did expressive stretching with the length master?
