I just measured after my first month.. I have basically the same stats. I haven't worked on length cuz I don't feel the need to, I"ve been working only on girth. I am going to measure again in the next couple of days, to make sure If I wasn't fully errect. I went from 4.5... to 4.6/4.75... basically dending if I had the soft ruler have a bit of slack, and not be so tight around, it was like more than 4.5, just by a little tho. I think I made gains in the first to weaks, because I felt much bigger, but the last too weeks i've been kind of slacking off.. like my weekends including friday have been pretty poor, I just can't find the time to squeeze it in. I think that perhaps I lost some of my gains, by not doing it for 3 days straigh everyweek (cept for the first 2)...... I've been following the newbie routine.

I guess all I can do is just keep trying, and sticking more to schedual. I'll measure probably again tonight or tommarow, and see if I just wasn't at the right errect state. its still dissapointing, not that I should be expecting results, but I was hoping for at least to have a good solid 4.75 for the first month, without trying to tweak the ruler in my favor.

Well I guess I'll keep chugging along at it, I suppose its my fault for being lazy about it, and somtimes doin a half ass job.

Also my penis head had a little red mark on both sides of it... right on the end of "skirt" of it, I think it was just chapped prolly of a combo of jelqing and masterbating, I was gonaa take a few days to let it heal, but now I really have to keep doin so I can make some gains. Didn't really have a purpse for the post, just felt like posting, u can comment or if u have any suggestions, thanks

I'd try things for another month and see what happens. If you get the same stats again maybe you just gain slow or you need to add a couple more exercises to your routine.

Do not hang your head down. It happens to all of us. It happened to me in the beginning. However, it takes time and committment. Talk to DLD and the other MODs they will give you more feedback on what is the best course of action.

But whatever you decide do not quit. What do you have to lose? You will gain everything from continuing. It takes time and patience. Keep your head up and stay positive. Measure once a month. Focus. Remember what is more important to you.

A month is a blink of an eye in Penis Enlargement. Like channel7 said, time, commitment and patience. Yeah, some guys might gain the first month, but that's not the norm.

I don't know about you guys, but for me it seems that if I do a routine for too long or do the same order of sets for stretching my motivation lagged and so did my confidence about making a gain in the future.

I'd try to do my sets in the reverse order a few weeks here TE. I don't know your routine, but if you do say 3 sets of up stretches , then down stretches , then right, then left or whatever start with left stretches , then move to up stretches , then down, and so forth just to change things up. Your penis will notice the difference more than you think. Also, try adding one extra exercise and maybe only do that exercise on a certain day of the week. Or add something then take something else away then add it back and keep the one you had replaced it with. The point is switch it up every now and then that way you won't feel any repetitiveness, which will cause a loss of motivation and plus it will sort of shock your penis a little as they say.

hey man you really dont see a hole lot until about 3 months of staying with your routine. keep at it find time do lazy asses while you type. in stead of doing 600 wet jelqs do 700 or 800 maybe 1000 just stay constistant

I don't know about anyone else, but I could never and would never want to do 1000 jelqs. I have done 650 at the most and I stopped after 3 weeks of doing that many. Too much and I don't think they work fast enough for the amount of work you put in. That's just me though. I'm going back to Phase I when I am done with Phase II on July 31, but I'm telling you I'm still not going to be doing 1000 jelqs. If I do that's all the Penis Enlargement I'm doing. Too much time IMO.

don't over work yourself man, stay consistent with your workouts, and make sure you're not slacking or thinking of other things while Penis Enlargementing!

Dude, I didnt gain for 2 years. And it was all my fault. I slacked off, did too many drugs, and just didnt put forth the efforts. Keep at it man. You have support.

thanks guys, yeah, I'm just going to keep at it and see what happens, from what I've heard, not a single person has not made gains eventually if they do there courses right. Even tho the newbie routine says to just to 600.. I just think I might be better off doing more than that, I've done basically a month of 300-600, I think my penis can easily handle doin like 800-1000... Any thoughts?

I know this sounds trite, but just think...if you only gained 1/10 of an inch a month (not a lot considering all the work you put into it), that would equal 1.2" over the course of a year, and I think we'd all take that kind of improvement. I'm not saying this will happen, but take slow gains with as much enthusiasm as you can because in the long run small, incremental gains equal substantial improvement.

Keep it up bro (pun intended)...you'll be fine.

Suggest that you only pump for 15 min intervals, then let your dick relax for 5 min, and warm it up a bit, then pump another three times with the same routine. Do not go above 4-5 Gh in vacuum .

U know I was measuring again the other day, and I'm actually slightly below 4.75 just a tad, so I guess it is working. I think most of the gains are going to the upper half of my penis tho, because the mid/low section seems a tinny bit smaller, I assume that becaues of jelqing and how u are pushing the blood up to engorge ur penis, only really the upper 1/3 gets most of the growth because it gets the most blood... any thoughts? maybe once i'm out of phase one i'm sure there are some excersizes that grow the mid to low section. Thanks

The only way to make gains in Penis Enlargement'ing is to remain consistent with both your workouts and your mindset. You have to believe that you're going to get bigger, otherwise you're not going to reap the utmost benefits from the exercises. There is no standard time frame with which you should expect gains, but if you don't gain after another month of exercises, try some new more extreme exercises and see if you can't shock your penis into growth.
