Okay,

You guys can pull up my other posts to get the background on me...

To make it brief -

I"m concerned about Jelqing as it may further desensitize my penis (I have sensitivity issues due to years and years of DRY masturbation. Therefore I am slowly associating myself with lube and slowly masturbating with the LEAST amount of pressure needed to climax).

If I jelq, I don't want to consistently press and "milk" which may contribute to my penis being (already) desensitized.

So - moving on. If I cut out the Jelq's I have an Extender (Jes Extender - knockoff of the Pro Extender) which I can't stand using. I work from home and could use it for hours on end. But I need to sit in a certain position, its constantly nagging and I Need to adjust it...and the silicon band goes around the glans which could also lead to sensitivity issues.

I do have a bathmate which i enjoy...no issues there.....

Other than that its stretches.

Verdict -

From watching the videos in the "How to use" sticky...the first video (stretching) make me "irk" a little....looks painful....that and I'm a "small" guy...i doubt I could even twist that way...lol

But the next video and the following show that you can add a "resistance band" to the clip (where the weights would go (which would in theory, act like an extender - wouldn't it?)

If I were to sit down and attach the lengthmaster and attach this "resistance band" (or whatever it was - clarify if you can) than its basically extending my penis outwards similar to what the pro extender does.

Additionally, the stretching looks to be much more rigorous and you get a better stretch from using the product.

And I believe from a theoretical standpoint that hanging is going to be the most effective way to get length gains.

So, can I as a newbie try this ?

I obviously wouldn't go to extremes when using it but what do you guys think. I would definitely like to!

It would cover the stretching, extending, and hanging.....penile health could be covered with the bathmate (and girth)...

I think the newbie routine is the best to start with and because of your situation do dry jelqs,stretching at the lowest angle btc between the cheeks is the lowest and bedt to pull out inner penis.

yea avoiding dry jelqing like you have been is a good idea. i've been avoiding them as well b/c of desensitization.

Agreed. I've heard that they can desensitize very easily (it makes sense - milking yourself without any lube will definitely affect the nerves, skin, etc...)

I just want to know if i can use this lengthmaster....the newbie routine is great - it incorporates stretching and kegels (if i take away the jelqing - even wet jelqing I'm somewhat afraid to do).

The lengthmaster seems to incorporate the stretching (mind you, its pretty heavy duty, but I wouldn't go that far - START LIGHT!) and also the extending and hanging (length being my MAJOR CONCERN).

So it covers the stretching from the newbie routine (I'd start with basic stretches, than move on) I'd do kegels, and additionally be able to stretch (in the fashion like an extender where in the video the guy had it pulling from some kind of resistance) in addition to hanging. What I"m saying is - it seems to cover all the bases.

I'm not sure if that "resistance band" that he locked onto a door or some clip somewhere comes with the apparatus??

That replicates using an extender in my eyes, then hanging is an entirely different option.

Could someone recommend a NEWBIE routine for the Lengthmaster ???

Obviously stating i would need to start with basic stretching, light extension/hanging and then move on....
 
You can use the Newbie Routine and just replace all stretching using the LengthMaster since it can mimic any stretch. With girth, I would suggest swapping jelqing with Slow Squash Jelqing because this exercise does not drag against the skin, avoiding any kind of nerve issues. In a normal jelq your hands milk the penis by dragging the blood upward but the SSJ compresses the blood in an isolated place to cause expansion, this would be better for you. Since you are comfortable with your BathMate you can incorporate that into the girth work by using short sets of 5 minutes pumping followed by 5 minutes of SSJ's. And in all your spare time you have you can work in your SizeGenetics, does not need to be hours but some decent time spend extending will work towards attaining length gains faster.
 
the LengthMaster is amazing. the resistant band mimics hanging more then an extender. it's much more of an intense stretch then you could ever get with an extender. I also use an extender and absolutely love it. I have a very solid wrap and can extend at a high tension for long periods of time only removing it to piss. I wear my extender to bed at night at a low tension. I love putting on my extender after a strong stretching or hanging session so my cock heal elongated.

you can buy a resistant band anywhere for cheap although DLD mentioned they would be adding it to the Lengthmaster package...not sure if they did that yet.

Looks like a great routine. The Stretch Bands will be available sometime next month. We placed an order and now are waiting for the shipment overseas.

resistant bands don't really mimic extending. it mimics hanging. You do a resistant band workout for 20-30 minutes at the most just like a hanging session. an extender doesn't come anywhere near the amount of tension you can get with resistant band training and i keep my extender on for hours without removing it unless i have to piss.

the extender is great to put on after a LengthMaster resistant band session to heal in an elongated state.

if you are waiting to get the LengthMaster just for the resistant band to come with it just order the LengthMaster now and buy resistant band(s) at a store for a few $. He said they will be available sometime next month...that could be the last day of September or the bands may not come in as scheduled leaving you waiting longer. Now that suggestion is only for if your waiting just so the RB comes with the LM otherwise disregard my message.

But i also think it mimics an extender given it elongates the penis (it can be done at various angles) but if done in a "straight" line isn't it similar to what an extender does - except an extender pushes the penis outwards using a different method. I completely agree the traction or tension/resistance you would get from using the LM is significantly stronger than what you could ever get from an extender!

Yes the same ones you work out with. below is a link to my thread with videos of me using the LM with RB's. in that sense that a resistant band elongates the cock, yes it is similar to an extender just as any elongation in a "straight" directions is.

This is the routine I began on Monday.

Basically DLD's Newbie routine but I use the bathmate after jelqing (then resume with the kegels and testicle massage).

Yesterday was my first day Hanging (I haven't purchased a LM yet but "rigged" my own apparatus for the time being which seems to be doing the job).

I've read that hanging should be done DAILY unless your injured to maximize healing in an elongated state (as you mentioned "youknowme"...)
So do you guys think its okay that I use the hanger on the days I do the manual routine for one set only (therefore keeping the penis in an elongated state).

Its pretty much -

Day A) DLD's Newbie routine (and i add the bathmate after the jelqs)

Day B) Stretching/Hanging (4 sets)

So my question is should i add a set of hanging to Day A to ensure my penis continues to stay in an elongated state to maximize my gains. I've read you shouldn't rest when doing a hanging routine unless your injured or absolutely necessary.

Also, - What position should I begin hanging in (when i did it yesterday I just sat down and let my penis hang straight down).

I would like to incorporate the "resistance band hanging" also. But not sure how to incorporate it. Will prob do it "x" days per week and then the regular hanging "x" days per week. What do you guys think?

yes it's ok to hang the same day you do manual stretching. The more PE the better when done safely? r u practicing SRT? whenever i do take some rest my cock does come back stronger and often times hanging a bit more weight.

as far as adding resistant bands training I love it. Just do every other day to stay fresh and up to date
 
Watched the videos (how to) again.
The stretching is INSANE with the LM....!!

When I see you (youknowme) using the resistance bands - its all for stretching (or getting a better / stronger stretch than you did when you begin in the first video).

Is this all you use the resistance band for?

Or do you sometimes sit / stand and just let it pull for "x" (after stretching obviously)

Also, when you hang what positions are you using (I want to make sure I'm hanging in the right positions - sitting / standing - weight hanging straight down)

Please let me know what you think about the routine above - and incorporating the hanging into Day A (one set, just so my penis stays in an elongated state).

Okay so...
Finished my routine for today (DAY A)
Which consists of -

DLD Newbie Routine -

3 sets stretches
300 Jelqs
** See below
100 Kegels
50 Kegel Squeeze
1 minute Kegel Squeeze
Testicle Massage

** Now keep in mind I'm incorporating 5-10 minutes of the Bathmate right after the Jelqing

** Since I have to hang every day (do I?, I've read that if you don't your penis could heal up in an "un-elongated" state therefore making it SMALLER AND STRONGER - something I obviously don't want) so they say to hang every day even if its just one set (as opposed to the 4 sets I do on DAY B).

** So today I did the hanging after the warm up and 3 sets of stretching (before the jelqing). I thought this time would be best as the ligaments would be freshly stretched and it wouldn't intefere with the other exercises.

If I do have to hang every day (which I'm not against, I'd rather be safe than "smaller" lol) I don't mind doing a set on this day (DAY A) but wanted to ask where you think it should be done (after stretches like i did today, or at a different time altogether?)

Again, DAY B

Only consists of Warm up, 3 sets of stretches, then 4 sets of hanging.

And then i repeat.
