DLD would it be beneficial to try and hold a reverse kegel for an entire hanging set many times a day? Or is that over doing it?
 
I find myself doing kegels when I'm spankin but I have to agree with Supra and Zurik. I remember that I made really good gains but had weak erections cause I was gaining so much. That was when I started doing kegels. It worked to get my erections harder. I started doing more and more and my boners then started getting weaker. I did not know what it was. Then I started to realize the less kegels I did the harder I got. I don't do any now except when I am spankin and that is just cause it feels good.
 
Kegels suck and I really dont think anyone actually does them and is faithfull, lucky there is the ROP!

Because I think there is a period when you are starting out that there is a negitive effect, but after you get past that point then they are a great help. :cool:
 
All these peeps posting about negative feedback about kegels, I ask one question.
Be HONEST, how many do you do? frequency? intensity? this will be where your going wrong, I myself have done fine with them and also DLD has explained why/how they are so important.
No device can do to the PC muscles, what kegels can ... unless you got one of those electro pads and shoved it in ya ass lol
 
500 Kegels and 5, 20 second holds, for the last 1.5 years, daily.

PS. 500 to 1000 3 sec squeese and relase, plus ladders 3 to 6 times a week. and a pc tremble once a week.
 
For the ones who keep getting bad results ffrom these such as Zurik, cut the amount you do by HALF, and proceed to a 1 on 1 off basis ... see if that helps any.
I wonna now see if this helps.
 
Man, thanks for the advice but it's really hard to keep motivated when doing something that does not seem to yield positive results. Kegels are just one of those exercises that you can't see the affect happening(except ejaculating quickly when you want to(or not)).Stretch exercises yield an increase in length,jelqing increase in girth and etc., kegels don't show anything. The supposed increase in hardness of the erections;well I never suffered from the lack of those in the first place. Besides the feeling of increased hardness might also be purly psychological. You know it's like someone gives you a tablet and says that's LSD, you'll acctually start hallucinating. I might reconsider my words when i'm 70ish and have problems with blood circulation but till then I'd rather not take any chances.
 
i'm confused... if reverse kegels are using the muscles to force cum/piss out of your dick, and kegels are to stop liquid getting out... how are kegels bad and reverse kegels good.

2 or 3 years ago, when i used to do kegels ALL THE IME, i had ridiculously strong erections and 100% ejaculation control. i've recently had some premature ejaculation problems, so i was gonna go back to my constant kegeling to deal with it. this is the 1st i've heard about kegeling unnecessary or bad. i've read many article in magazines and online and even a book called the multi orgasmic man, that recommended kegels as an important part of penile and sexual health.

by the way, that website is selling herbal remedies to make you last longer, of course they're gonna say that kegels dont help!!
 
Im kind of confused, doesnt the DLD newbie routien recomend a kegel daily routine? So how are kegels bad if most men get the major gains from that routine?

One thing you should try to avoid is doing extreme kegels to get blood in while clamping. I did this for the longest time and it really weakend my erections. Lucky for me ive been slowly getting it back. AVOID CONSTRICTED KEGELS!
 
I have had mixed results with kegals on the good side sometimes I would get the hardest erections ever in my life (even harder than when I was a teenager) it was so damn stiff at times I could barely move it. As other have said over it on the kegals and prepare for possibly crap erection quality for the rest of the day, this is what I experienced a few times as well. Kegals did at times give me even more intense orgasms and I shot like a pornstar cumshot was higher and more forceful.
 
Guess I'm one o' the lucky ones. I do a combination of Kegels and the ol' wet towel on the cock curls, no real set amount, no real consistent frequency and my ejac control is pretty damn good. As long as I saty in practice I can come when I want to, if I want to and only then.

Kegels are DYLNOOOOOMITE!!! That doctor is full of shit!!! Many doctors recommend them for women after childbirth. My daughter does them.

The principle is the same. You're trying strengthen that muscle. You won't regret it and when you get older, you won't have to wear a diaperl!!!
