when doing the basic standard stretch , i find i basically pull my foreskin back and use my head as a grip as its the easiest place to get a steady grip. Is this ok? or should i be gripping just under my head on the shaft?

Just worried in case i should not be applying some force to the nerves in my head.

Well, I'm cut, so it may be different for you. But I find that it's more comfortable for me to grab right below the ridge of my head rather than further up the shaft like some do it. I get a better stretch doing it this way too.

yup thats basically what i do, and from the videos in the pay site it looks like what we're doing should be ok.
I'm trying to also use a bib starter at the moment and something bib stresses is not to put pressure on the head so i was just curious, i guess its 2 different types of pressure though ? :)

yikes I wouldn't do that. I had a bad injury when I first started (there's a thread in the injuries section), basically I tore something while pulling on the head and couldn't touch it for more than a month from the pain. The connective tissues connecting the head to the shaft are weak IMO and shouldn't be subjected to heavy stretching .

Yes, it's not the pressure itself, just a circulation risk. With stretching you release your hands after each rep (a matter of seconds or maybe up to a minute) but a hanging set is usually 10-20 minutes. The same force applied over the course of such a long time risks circulation loss which could damage your dick. But I promise that you will not hurt yourself manually stretching in this manner.

Listen to Gandolf. He knows what he's talking about. And as for my 2 cents: be aware of your body when doing your stretches . If you start to feel any pain, especially around the glans, then your best bet would be to immediately quit your routine for a day or two. It's better to be safe than sorry in the world of Penis Enlargement.
