I started using the Phallosan as overnight stretcher as well now. Due to back problems I have been told to sleep on my back to keep the legs straight (sleeping on the side imitates sitting which shortens all muscles and fasciae on the front of the body). As a result I thought it would be nice to start using the Phallosan overnight. The first two nights were a bit rough since I woke up at 1 o'clock due to strong itching on my cock. However this is due to the fact that I was wearing a large scrotum ring. Erections seems to happen every 90 minutes and that doesn't go well with both ring and Phallosan attached. The suction remains, even for 9 hours which is great. Some fluid buildup on the upper half of the shaft but no big deal. I am very happy with this new strategy and will continue to use it like this. To be honest I think this is the most optimal use of the Phallosan because I don't go to the bathroom at night and I hardly move.

Awesome to have a review of someone he was actually used it through the whole night! Very proud of you and I’m looking forward to what you gain out of this new message. I’m glad you got the itching problem dealt with. Erections are going to happen through the night so you’ll have to be patient with that, but you may even get that under control.
