Hi Mos!,

Been a long time since I posted. This community is amazing, I missed it!

I started my hanging journey. Ive been using the lengthmaster for 2months. Ive been pumping for at around 7-8months. I pump nearly every day. I at times use an ADS. But I dont ADS enough (saving up for a silistretcher) Ive also read the
progressive weight hanging explained thread.

My questions are:
1. I bought one 10lb, 3 2.5lb weight plates and one 5lb. Should I with 5lbs? And use then use the progressive routine from there? Or just wait the first day to see how much weight causes my fatigue?
5lbs, hung 3 sets, 15 minutes each. Then go slowly from there, with the thread directions? *updated, I used 5lbs for my first hanging sessions, 20minutes. Felt awesome. I got a little fatigue from that, amazing.loved that first session. I didnt do any other sessions, Just did the hanger how to 20minutes.

2. Should (I want to continue manual stretching with the lengthmaster) I use the LM before the hanging? or after?

3. I want to continue my pumping as well. Can I pump after the hanging? Even in the fatigue state?Wondering though when could I?

Thanks guys!

You sound like you're on the right track. I'd suggest getting a set of fractional weight plates from Amazon.com when you can. They're in much smaller increments and make going up and down in weight easier.

1. It sounds perfect here just as Still said, 20 minute sessions working your way to fatigue. The faster the fatigue sets in the better. At this time it is smart to wear your SiliStretcher as long as possible in a passive mode to cement gains and take advantage of the fatigue.

2. The sequence of your training makes little difference. What is important is that you do your length before you do your girth.

3. Always train girth after length.

Thanks guys! :)
On my third day of hanging, just doing 20min of 5lbs. I still feel the throb(hard to describe) fatigue, in my base, almost towards the pubic area, like where pants hang. Ive been using the lengthmaster 1.0 for hanging. Its working great. Soon i plan to buy a hanger hanger, seems a great tool. And I bought some incremental weights, 5lbs worth, off amazon.

Right now, saving for the silistretcher, wish there were payment plans :), Im using a cheap ADS for as long as I can, seems to be about 6-8 hour a day I can get it in. My setup is terrible with it, so it hurts after like an hour or so. Its basically a soft rope with some clamps to hold it. I wrap my penis in cloth generally, or some kind of sleeve. Still hurts after a while. I cant wait to get the vacuum silistretcher!

Before the ads, im doing my pumping routine after the hanging like ya mentioned DLD.

?? Sounds like you’re right on track! The incremental weights are very valuable in this type of hanging. I hope you can get the SiliStretcher it is such an amazing tool!

today is my sixth day hanging. Im facing some issues. I started with 5lb, day one, that fatigue me, but that was it. I went up to 7.5. Did not fatigue. Today, for the first time I used 10lbs, that did not fatigue, well barely, just super slightly it fatigue me.
Im only doing ONE 20min set per day. Soon, tomorrow maybe, I plan to do 2 20min sets.

Should I keep adding weight to get my fatigue point? seems 10lb should of done so, but it did not. Add more weight? Is one set useless? Ive read SWM's how to's. About progressing hanging. So idk why ten isnt fatigue me. Add 12.5lb I guess....but seems a lot. For two sets maybe, one earlier in the day, one in the evening?

If you’re not reaching the state of fatigue you can certainly increase the weight until you get to fatigue for X amount of time. So if 20 pounds for 20 minutes brings you to fatigue go with that. It’s the fatigue starts to fade you can go for longer sets or heavier sets. And remember when you hit the state of fatigue there’s no better time to strap on your SiliStretcher and cement those gains.

Ah awesome dld, thank you. Ill keep adding till i hit that fatigue mark then. So longer sets, heavier sets, is the key. I was semi worried I wasnt hitting fatigue today after 10lbs, when 5lbs hit me hard the first day. I guess the penis adapts fast. And im definitely wearing an ADS after my hanging. Well, I hang, pump, then ads. Ill find my fatigue mark DLD and go with that, thanks man!!!

Never a problem my brother that’s what I love to do! ❤️

Hello, How many hours manual hanging per day is to much, spaced out over 12-16 hours per day? Thanks....!

If starting new I'd start at 1-2hrs then move slowly up to 4hrs then 6hrs

As many sets as you like. In general hanging do you want to hang for 20 minutes per set. You can take a few minute break until you start your next 20 minute session. You can do as many sets as you like. As I always say with stretching the more the better!

A general consensus too for hanging is minimum of 2 hours a day. 10 hours a week. It often depends too on how much weight you're using for your needs.

Great addition! When doing traditional hanging you definitely need to put in at least two hours a day.

Hey DLD, I've been having issues with silicone sleeves after hanging, they either break trying to get on or are too hard wearing and wont go on so easily, takes forever, they're not your sleeves can you advise me which one and how to easily get them on,Thanks....!

yes we carry a great line of sleeves in our store. The Duro sleeves are too incredible, the SiliSleeves are also good.

Just about to buy a sleeve not sure which size I need 0.75 or 1" not sure how to measure for it? Also couldn't i use the uncle wrap seing as i could wrap it not so tight? Thanks...!

If you go to the sleeve section and click on more information it gives explicit directions on how to measure to get exactly what you need. Ashraf is a stable, everybody should have Ace. Shipping to the UK is just fine. The only shipping issues we have with China.
