questions about the newbie workout at the top of the page

i posted this in the sticky but didnt get any replies so here it is:


i have some questions. First of all about stretches ..you do them seated and it says to pull down and to the right and down and to the left...does that mean like 4:30 and 7:30 as opposed to 3:00 and 9:00? Also on the circular ones...are they little circles or big ones?

With kegals..do you do those with a boner or does it matter? thanks

when doing the stretches down and to the right and left you are pulling close against your thigh so yes 4:30 and 7:30 is right..it depends on you for the rotary cranks...i switch up during different sets...some i will do big circular motion and others i would do small....and no you don't have to do kegels with a hard on...it is easy to locate the pc muscle when you are erect...if you can make your dick move while erect...you have located the pc muscle..hope i help...good luck
