I have a question, after exercises can you masturbate to the point your about to cum then just stop and not cum at all to help the testosterone become higher to help pe out? I heard after you masturbate and cum your testosterone lvls become low, just wondering if this would help them become higher and stay that way for a bit to help pe.

That is called edging.....do a search to find out more exercises related to it , such as Supra's Slammers.........you are correct about testosterone levels though the issue of masturbation effecting gains will forever and always be discussed.......personally I like the post exercise pump and masturbation seems to diminish that, at least for me personally.......besides, I prefer to save my loads for the wife!!!!!

I don't know about Edging making the levels higher...It could as the levels should be very high when sexually stimulated. Edging seems to work for a lot of Penis Enlargementers, but my opinion has always been not to ejaculate before or after Penis Enlargement. It isn't really completely about testosterone levels as much as another hormone. I forget what it is called. It begins with an S, but can't think at the moment. This hormone really helps with tissue growth and maintenance. When you break down the cells your body wants to repair itself. This helps in enlargement obviously. The circulation is key as well. If there is a higher circulation present then all the keys to enlargement is improved. People here have no argument over the idea that the more blood forced into the penis while Peing in addition to getting more blood flow (circulation) afterward (ie hotpad) the better the chances of seeing gains. However it is debatable to most as to whether or not ejacualting and hormones are just as important as that bloodflow. I don't think it is debatable. I think the two things are just as important. Testosterone is vital in muscle growth. It is primarily there for androgenic and anabolic purposes. In other words our muscles NEED it. Weightlifters break down the muscles and then rest so the fibers can grow back fuller, stronger. I think the same thing happens with Penis Enlargement. When we break down the cells in our penises the S hormone helps repair or build them back up stronger or fuller in other words BIGGER. Somatotropin is the hormone I was thinking of. It helps grow and maintain our tissue throughout the entire body. I hope someday the majority will see that hormone levels need to be at certain levels in order to see the maximum gains we crave.
