HAppy new year all

Just a question on a strech Double long talkied aboutin another thread.

It was pushing your errect girth so it was pointing straight down at 6 o clock.

Like quite a few I cant do this, so double long said you should practise untill you can.

Just wondering what the best technique would be, pushing down for 1 minute 5 times? repatadly pushing down and letting go every 5 seconds?

I dont know what the best method is,

could someone enlighten me with thier knowledge
