I am a new brother in the brotherhood! What's up guys? I'm a long time lurker here and finally decided that I was going to stop being so upset about my junk and do something about it. I've tried PE before and gave it up due to the time constraints but mainly because it was not a microwave solution to my problem. I like a lot of people want fast results with minimal work. I've since changed my attitude about it and am in it for the long haul.

I started my program three weeks ago today. My starting EL is 6 and my EG is 6; so I have a 6X6. I couldn't really get a good flaacid because it's nothing to brag about (nor is my erect measurements). I'm using the newbie routine but in a modified way. I do the warm ups and all of the stretches besides the behind the cheeks. That shit is torture. It's so hard to hold my little guy back there. It could be because I have some weight to lose as well. I plan to begin tackling that this week as well but I didn't want to start too much and then end up giving up on all of it. I did not jelq in the beginning. I did start jelqing today.

I didn't expect to gain much if anything in such a short time. I did gain an appreciation for the process and I gained the determination that I will not relent until I get the results I want.

My questions:

1.) Is the warm down the testicle massage and kegels?
2.) If my main goal is length (flaacid and erect) will adding in the jelqs slow down any length gains?
3.) I purchased a bathmate hurcules a while back. (wrong size I know..was steered in that direction because of the girth) I'm not going to throw it away. I used it before and I was surprised at the pump afterwards. Does the bathmate really help with length gains?

Yes, the Testicle Health Massage and Stretch is a fine warm down.

It will improve the gains as the penis tends to expand in all directions in girth work.

The BathMate helps greatly with gains in length when you do HardCore Stretching. It will also give overall improvements in size due to when tissue expands it does so in all directions. If your Hercules is too small you will want to trade up to a bigger size.
 
I would recommend massage your penis as well at the testicles as part of your warm up. Jelqs are great to perform...I used them as part of my warm down to restore blood flor after an intense stretching session.

This is true, any girth exercise used in a lighter state is a good warm up or down.
 
thanks for the response. I really appreciate it. DLD, I made a mistake when I posted this earlier about the bathmate. I have the Goliath but I will tell you that thing is huge but I've dusted it off and tried those stretches that you talked about and you're right, the stretch is so intense that I yelled oh shit when I pulled on it. I was like is my dick gonna come out the socket? hahaha I trust you guys so I have added the bathmate stretches to my routine. Now that I'm adding more components I have to break up the routine a bit.

So now, I'm doing my manual stretches in the AM (in the shower). I also have the power assist so my goal is to use that at least 3 times a week. So far I'm on track with that.
In the PM, I'm doing some jelqing and bathmate work.

Questions:
1) How useful are the numbers on the bathmate? Is there some connection to length?
2) I have masturbated RIGHT before stretching in the past. Will it slow down or prevent from from gaining length? I've combed through the post and this question gets asked a lot. I'm still not clear.
3) Does the penis really shrink when you gain weight? I've gain too much and plan to start working on that this coming week. I've heard that you can loose an inch if you gain like over 40 pounds or something.

Masturbation. First, let me say that I'm consciously making the decision to stop wanking so much in an effort to improve my sexual health. Because I'm not having sex right now, I use it to let off some steam but in the past I couldn't get it up when I was with a partner. This lets me know that I've gotta do something different and get it under control. I really enjoy it and don't want to completely eliminate it but bring it under control.

I'm doing PE for me and to improve my self-esteem about my dick but also wanna use it and have fun. You've said too much of a good thing can be bad and I agree. I'm trying to get better here in every area but I really want to grow a big dick that I can use and be proud of.

No, the penis does not shrink but it becomes buried under the layers of fat at the fat pad, just at your pelvic bone. If you are 40 pounds overweight and lose this weight it will be an instant visual gain....if you are also doing PE this gain will be even greater.
