Hey guys i'm hoping to get a little guidance on how my penis should feel after jelqing, I recently added it to my routine but no matter how many I do afterwards i feel like I've done nothing except give myself a dick massage lol, I dont get the fatigue feeling I thought i should get, I tried doing it at a higher erection level and grip harder to increase intensity but I pissed blood after that which freaked me out so obviously I overdid it but everything's all good now, do I have to feel like I've really given it a good working over in order to get results? I don't want to waste my time is all, I've specified people that have gained from jelquing as it seems many people 2-3 weeks into pe all of a sudden are experts, those opinions count but I'd rather hear from people who have the know how, thanks fellas.

When you have an effective girth workout, your penis will feel 'flushed', warm, heavier than usual when you are totally flaccid. "Pissing blood" is from rupturing capillaries in your urethral lining. No big deal, just ease back into it.

So not necessarily the feel of a workout like what you'd feel from hanging etc?

Right. Less like you stretched, more like your penis was expanded from the inside, out.

And this is something that happens once or twice in a PE'ers lifetime. After a short time the urethra will become much more able to handle the intensity. The jelq though may not be your best approach to gaining girth. I recommend using the SLowSquashJelq as you will never bleed because of this (due to the closed end grip) and expansion is obvious after one session. Jelqing for me was something I only did for a short time until I developed other, more effective exercises. Out of them all the SSJ is best.

Not a problem, please let us know how it goes.

Aussiegymguy, don't take it from DLD, he's like the John Snow of PE... he knows nuthin'. :) Just kidding.
From my experience, if you started peeing blood you really went way over the edge. The most negative side effects I ever got from jelqing were some red spots all over my shaft from squeezing too hard, but, at its worst, I was able to get back at it after a 1 week rest.
Don't ever feel like you're wasting your time. PE isn't a quick fix. Unless you only want to make your penis larger for that one night, then you need to give it time to cement results, etc. Some results come faster, some come slower. Cemented results will come slower, so you need to commit do doing the exercizes regularly and not worry about the results daily – it's like if you are trying to lose weight; you need to stick to your routine, sometimes your weight will go up a bit, sometimes it will plateau, but if you stick to it, you'll get the desired weight.
So, jelqs are quite fun to do (I prefer the feeling of doing jelqs than the feeling of doing SSJs), but you have to build them up gradually, or you'll mess up your penis. Only after you've accostumed your penis to the exercises will you be able to increase the intensity and then, yes, you will be able to feel what stillwantmore was talking about, that flushness.
In my humble opinion, a Slow Squash Jelq is like an intermediate/advanced exercise, because it creates a lot of pressure on your penile tissue. Great as it may be to get expansion, if done improperly it can be too much for your dick to handle and thus lead to some undesired time off to heal.
Bottom line, take it slowly and always listen to your body. The results WILL come.

Good Advice Sav!

Just thought I'd report back since it's been a week, i didn't do any girth work for a couple of days after but then started doing it at a slightly lower erection level with a slightly lighter grip and have had no more turning piss into blood so i think I've found my current limit which i suppose will increase over time, I'm doing 100 x 4 second jelqs a day right now, how often do you increase the amount and is there a maximum affective number? Obviously more isn't always better and then there's the law of diminishing returns I'd prefer not to stroke my dick for hours a day if avoidable, gotta leave that for the wife ;)

First, happy to hear the blood issues is gone. I like your gentle approach this time. Yes, you will want to add reps, increase intensity or switch exercise as you become accustomed to it. After the jelq I would venture into the SlowSquashJelq, a much more powerful and gainful exercise.

I'm not a fan of the jelq exercise but I think SSJ is by far more intense than jelq and it will bring gains faster for you

The SlowSquashJelq is something that no other jelq can achieve. Aside from the amazing expansion, you can also spot train the penis at any point. So if you have issues with uneven girth, the SSJ will give you the ability to isolate and train the areas in need of more girth.
