Question for Bib: Fatigue vs. Skin Stretch

If you could give me some insight to this I would really appreciate it. I heard that before a user will feel any type of good fatigue they will need to stretch the skin first. Is there any truth this and if so what would be the best way to tackle this? I ask because during my hanging session I have felt allot of skin stretch but minimal fatigue. I also inquire because if there is any truth this this theory than perhaps I should wait to go up in weight until the skin has stretched and the tissue is being hit properly.

DLD,

Some guys will be able to hang stretching the skin and internal structures at the same time, and get gains. For most guys, they will have to concentrate on stretching skin, before they attempt to stress the inner structures, and thereby acheive true gains. I think of it as dividing and conquering.

If your skin is tight, then you wrap and attach the hanger where the skin is taking some load, and the internal structures the rest of the load, you will not know exactly what you are doing, exactly where the stresses are going and what tissues the stresses are affecting. Especially in the beginning, you may be able to hang enough weight to permanently deform all the tissues. But later it will get tougher to do so.

So I always liked to stretch the skin first, by wrapping and attaching closer to the base, hang as much weight as I could handle. I would do this usually for a week or so. Then, I would move the wrap and attachment point closer to the head, and stress the internal structures. I would hang in this manner for many weeks until the internal structures caught up with the skin stretch . Then, I would concentrate on stretching skin for another week or two.

Couple things: Usually skin stretch was very intense, at least for me. There would almost always be a burning sensation on top of the shaft at the base while doing it. I usually had to use a lesser weight while stretching skin.

Next, you must realize, the goal is enlargement. You must have more skin to cover a larger shaft. You can either try to do it all together, or skin first. I found it easier to do one thing at a time, skin stretch followed by the internal structures.

That is my recommendation. Go with the skin stretch to begin, and have faith that later work will fill up that skin.

On another note, one of my goals with Penis Enlargement was foreskin restoration. I was successful in that I now have a good covering when flaccid. My penis now works the way it was designed. I recommend FR . If you do get a lot of extra skin to work with, it makes hitting the internal structures a breeze.

Good questions.

That answers everything:) Thank you sir. I think I am on the right tack as I am attaching the Bib pretty far down the shaft and I feel allot of skin burn (sometimes too much) As far as changes go I am noticing more skin around my glans (almost like a slight foreskin restoration. I am also noticing some stretch marks at the extreme base becoming longer and deeper.

I found that applying a little petroleum jelly at the base of the shaft as you apply the weights gives the skin a lot of flexibility and relieves a lot of the burn. Just lightly rub in the jelly where ever you feel a burning sensation. :p
