Dld I hang up and I'm doing the training as follows. 6 sets of 20 minutes of hanging and 6 sets of squash slow jelq the workout and so first the 20 minutes of hanging, then the 6 sets of slow squelch jelq 1 minute each set would be like hanging / slow / hanging / slow. And a good workout ??

6 sets of hanging is a bit excessive, but that relies on how much weight you are hanging. how much are you currently hanging??

I know you and hanger expert, do you have some tips to help min?

I'm using 2 kg at the moment.

well in that case, try sticking with 20 mins for 4 sets. don't over do it to avoid injury. and in time, increase the weight gradually

You seem to be in the right track. I suggest looking at my Progressive Hanging approach. There's a sticky thread in the hanging forum.

Sounds like a great workout. With hanging you need to be ready to invest much time into training. A minimum of 3 sets of 20 minutes would be a starting point. Working up to 5-6 sets will be best, if possible. You can't go wrong with the SSJ, you can improve it with the BathMate but there really is no better jelq than the SSJ.

Deus te abençoê!
