I'd like to know if there are any chances of injuring myself while doing ligament stretching . Are there some guidlines I should follow? Are there some NO's?


My routine:

Everyday:

2 X (one in the morning, one at night) of:

- ligament streching is 5 directions: to the Right, to the LEft, Up, down and in front. When I hold, I do it for 2 minutes.
- Cranking Rotary (25 rotations in both directions)


Every other day:

- I do some sort of jelquing. I do not use any lubrificant (it is not needed), I sit down on a chair (this is important) and while having an errection, I try to first pump blood in the penis with the PC muscle and, while holding the blood in, I do the jelquing part with my hands. It is important to sit down because when you sit down on a chair your penis gets filled with blood easier. I do this exercise every other day because it really tires the tissue (after doing this, your penis's girth is huge).


I'd like to know what the most experienced guys think of my routine. Is it a good one? Should I make some changes? (I also do Kegels, but not during this routine)

Sounds like you're doing everything fine for a beginner. Do you plan on adding in any kind of girth workouts in the near future?

You will rarely hurt yourself with length /lig exercises. It's when the girth workouts start that things get dangerous.

You'll be fine if you listen to your body and the more experienced people though. Penis Enlargement is safe as long as you've got a head on your shoulders.

thanks for the reply. Do you have any girth workouts to suggest me? (possibly something for beginners and/or something safe)

I'd only jelq for the first 3 weeks. This prepares you for more intense workouts and doesnt shock your system. After that, I'd start with some light uli's, maybe holding them 10 seconds.

Do them for a couple weeks and move into isolated compression squeezes.

If you haven't joined the member site, I really recommend it. It's worth every penny and then some.

I'm planning to join the main site in one or two weeks. My budget is kind of low right now but, thankfully, I'll start working on Monday.

Today I tried to do jelquing for the first time and I can say I really dislike it. It's very hard to keep your errection for a long time (especially if you have to do it in the shower ) while jelquing, plus even if I saw the blood veins get a little filled, I didn't feel my penis expanding.


Should I keep trying to do jelquing or should I move to something else?

The thing is that I used to do a lot of squeezes prior to find out about MOS, I also used to do a little bit of what you guys call "power jelquing" (now this I like!). Does this mean that I can already move to more advanced girth exercises?

Wow man that's great!

I would try to keep jelqing, even if you don't do it a lot. It really helps a lot as far as overall penis health. You should jelq at least twice a week I'd say. That is, if you're going to try other girth exercises. If not, keep jelqing every day. But you're making great progress man. Keep it up!

I forgot to mention that I do jelq almost daily. I found out what works for me and how to jelq. First of all, I had to remove some pubic hair, second, I tried to jelq with baby oil and that was a fiasco. In fact, I really dislike oils (the feeling of having them on my body makes me shiver since I was little), so I tried vaseline. This is a cream, but I mix it with water and it seems to do the job. Now, I like jelqing. :)

I also tried to do power jelqing, but maybe I should take it easy because after 10 minutes of jelquing and 5 minutes of powerjelqing I saw some Grey/Brown spots on my penis. Now they're gone, but I think I should take it easy for the moment at least.
