Question about Bathmate xtreme only results

Hi everyone. So I have another question. If someone was to use a bathmate extreme model only, would they see results? I know of course doing manual excercises is optimal but what could one expect from using a bathmate xtreme x30 only with no manual work? are their any tips to getting the most results possible with a bathmate only routine? I know ssj is of course optimal but in addition to that, any other tips? thank you so much guys
 
it would be nice to hear from someone that only used Bathmate for a 7 months or more, and tell us the result. Personally i am using bathmate and regular pump as well as doing jelps, but it would be more interesting to only use the Bathmate to see what result it would bring. But i just cant skip the jelping, i like it to much :)

If you use the 5×5×3 routine in SRT that would be plenty enough to gain all the girth you desire. And yes the SSJ is vital to the bathmate exercise routine to cause greater tissue growth and expansion while minimizing fluid retention.You may make slight length gains but there are much more efficient ways to gain length. If it’s a time issue you can always use an ADS like the Phallosan, SizeDoctor, SizeGenetcs,etc. I hope this helps my brother.
 
With just BM sessions gains can happen, but it might be somewhat slower.
And for length work there are more effective tools, I would say.

If all one uses is the Bathmate, then one session a day would be in order. Might be even so that no rest days needed. But if that isn't a possibility, from my viewpoint 5 sessions per week could produce gains. Less than that (what I have been doing ;) ) is more just conditioning and maintenance.
Several times I've been able to break my routine to the better and have few more sessions; definitely helps with gaining.

I would really go for the 5x5x3 routine and do those Slow Squash Jelqs. It really helps, doing short pumps and then "ironing out" your johnson makes gaining more uniform without much fluid retention, if any.
One thing is to remember to vary your program a bit, rotate the BM around, add or take away minutes from pumping or jelqing: key is to add intensity over time, as I recall someone smart put it. @stillwantmore2 ;)
(Excuse me if my quote was way off, but I recall something like that from a recent post.)

Some Brothers have been experimenting with water temperature when it comes to hydropumping.
You can also try pumping with a sleeve or a condom.

So, yes, even with "only" BM Extreme model gains can come, but one must remain consistent with his workouts. Have fun pumping Brothers!
 
Thank you DLD and everyone else who commented. I’m not sure if people are familiar with good looking loser. It’s a forum created by a guy who I believe helped a lot of people with overall life enhancement etc. the only reason I bring that up is because he said that if someone is new to PE and they have done no PE whatsoever, they can gain even an inch in length in 12 months using the Bathmate xtreme. That’s in addition to the girth gains which we know the bathmate is primarily a girth device. I believe he even said an inch in length can be had before 12 months using a bathmate xtreme. Is he wrong? Thank you so much guys. I always appreciate the Insite and tips and I have started using my xtreme x30 consistently after just having it lay around for months and my motivating factor for starting it again was that I joined this board. You guys are the best.
 
Exact numbers are always a "red cloth." There is no guarantee that two different people would each gain 1" in length in 12 months. But, it can be possible!
I myself wouldn't say that within certain timeframe you'll gain this and that.
We're individuals and two men with same routine can gain differently.
I have read about the guy (Goodlookingloser) and I'm not debunking him completely.

All in all, I suggest staying consistent with a routine, keeping log of your process and doing the best to enjoy the process.
This board can be a great motivator with all the members! Sometimes I just see the word "kegel" and I remember to do a set. :)

Make use of that Bathmate and reach your goals!
 
Lots of good advice, and all I can add to this, is, if you use any bathmate model for 20 minutes daily, especially using the MoS 5x5x3 system, you will gain in size. It will happen within 12 months, and it will be permanent, even with just using a bathmate, but, put the time in, and I know the studies they did were 20 minutes daily.
 
I'd attribute 90%+ of my gains strictly from my X40 and Goliath models (both modded), and my routine consists of reaching the highest EQ for the longest time possible at max pressure...usually 5 mins w/2-3 minutes of a squeeze/jelq/SSJish motion, then 10 mins and then 10-15 minutes. I began PE 4 years ago (I think) at 6.375" BPEL and 5.25"-5.375" mseg...I'm now 8"X 7", and it took the 3 'D's' to get there:

It’s incredible how you accomplished all that with just a BM BSA, it’s so inspirational. I’m going to start a bm log here anyway. I had some setbacks since coming off a bodybuilding protocol so I couldn’t pe but I’m going to be back in a day or two and I’m gonna give it my all here

I would say bathmate 5 min slow squash 5 min rinse & repeat = 30 min + edge/ulies 30 min to 1 hr + and when you do your ulies grab the bace of your penise real tight and pull up and hold for 15 to 60 sec . And losing weight helps if your losing weight while your doing this routine it did for me I got crazy leanth & girth gains from this
 
P.s. I gained 2" just from air pumping back in the day but it took a long time . I got my first newbie gains from pumping alone
 
If your doing a bathmate only routine do bathmate edge/ulies one day edge/ulies the next day rense & repeat.

This is awsome to read, 1,5” length from bathmate. How do you feel about the bahmate golitath? I feel a suction inside the stomach but im not 7” girth :)
