Qs about the ten minute work out??

OKie dokie so I signed up for the pay section.
(Those videos are great in explaining how to do things BTW).
Anyway

I searched the forums but couldn't find anyone writing or saying much about DLDs ten minute workout. I was wondering is that thing OK for a newbie to start with or is it too intense?

Obviously I don't expect results like with the normal plan but could anyone tell me what to expect? I'm not in a lot of hurry, just would like maybe an 1" more l/g (am 5.25 L, 4.25 g) over the next couple of months.

Also when I do some of the stretches there's this tearing sort of pain at the area where the balls meet the shaft. Is that normal? I generally don't pull anymore beyond that point once I feel that pain.

Yeah more like 30 or so, but its worth doing. Anything less likely just aint enough. Trust me, you'll start to want to do even more before long.
 
I used to break it up... stretching in the AM and jelqs in the PM so my workouts didn't run very long. Stretching takes less than 10 minutes and jelqing takes 10-15 minutes.

yeah I agree like 30-45 or so. man I was stunned after my first session. I was like these fellas pull, bend and twist thier knob this much and this long???? no wonder they grow.

well I tried the newbie routine today. I did break it up as sikdogg suggested so it didn't seem so bad. The stretching & kegels are no problemo. The jelqing takes forever though since I keep going soft every so often.
Thanks for the responses guys. It helps to know that you ain't the only joker doing something because to be honest the whole idea still seems a little wierd to me. Plus there's always that big fear that something could go wrong with el dicko. So it helps when you know other folks have done the same thing with good results :)

Yes 30-45min is more exact, due to getting perfect gripping, and the jelqing takes it while.
 
if you have to keep stopping and starting the jelqing because of the problems mentioned in this thread (either going soft unexpectedly or getting too hard) has the workout been wasted?

yeah I think that was the problem. Not enough lube. Plus I think I'm getting the hang of it now so its not as much stop-start, stop-start.

when i use the baby oil it seems to be like not lube enough and its like iam almost doing a dry jelg. Anybody else have this problem? i found it to be good to rub baby oil on your dick than us baby lotion when jelging this works good.

No it has not been wasted, it is a regular workout. These things happen! Stick at it :)

Baby oil needs a fairly generous application, but its slightly delicate. Too much and i find it a hindrance - as if not enough hand/cock contact is made so its not exciting enough to stay hard. Some friction is good.

Yes break up the workout...I find I like it better this way and I can really focus on what I am doing...

And it does take awhile to do the workout...the stretches about 10 minutes...

The jelqing can take me up to 30 minutes.....I can usually only get to about 30 jelqs (when I'm lucky) before I need to reload to get at the right erection level....

I've found that looking at something spicy on tv like a porn or something does help for the jelqing...but thats up to you...good luck and stick with it....
