Interesting idea for a thread...I'll have a dig around my computer and see if I have any images of me on it anywhere. If not I'll have to wait until I get access to a digicam or a scanner before I can post a pic of me.

I dont have a pic right now and not sure if I want to. I similar to Spektrum, at least I have basically the same hair, eyebrows ,ears ,and headshape.

I do: Seated Crunches, Incline Crunches, Vertical Hip Raise and Hanging Hip Raise

It is important that you do them VEEEEEERY slowly!!! And DON`T swing! It MUST be a controlled movement...

Damn, tell ya what dogg PLEASE make me a simple say 30 minute routine :Dmy abs [what I had] that DLD was envy of have GONE, damn am getting fatter and lazy cummon help a dogg when its down and fat.

Ok, here we go:

FIRST: Change your nutrition, that´s the most important thing!! But I don´t want to get into detail with that.... O yeah, and drink a lot of water !

Ok, now this is for beginners (you may think that´s pretty easy, but trust me, if you do the exercises right, you´ll have a nice after-mourning.... ;) )

Don´t work your abs more than 3 times a week!! I would say 2 times is great for the beginning.

YOUR PLAN:

Warm-up (5 min, you don´t need more)

Incline Crunches 12-15 times, 4 sets
Vertical Hip Raise 12-15 times, 4 sets

Ok, and now the important things:

You have to do them sooooooooooooooooooooooo slow..... Everybody in the gym will look at you and think: "WTF does he do?" (Trust me, they have no clue how to work their abs, so ignore them)
If your muscles are tensed, breath out and hold it for 2 seconds and tense even more! Go back down and back up but NEVER relax your muscles, NEVER!!!
The next important thing: NEVER use any swing! NEVER!!! That´s by far the most common mistake. You will often hear somebody say:"Man, yesterday I did 800 crunches blah blah!" Yeah 800 crunches, nice, but he worked out everything except the abs! If you do let´s say 10 crunches and you can´t do the 11th, try as hard as you can, but never use any swing, if you can´t do it, that´s OK! But NEVER swing!!!
The abs grow in the healing time, so don´t work them more than 3 times a week!!
And if you go to the gym to work out (your full body) START with the abs, don´t do them at the end!!!!
I think that´s it for now.....

Damn playa, very impressive abs, and they are actually all straight which is rare.

It all makes sense, ya know what ya doin for sure and I have heard guys go on and on and on about I did this and I did that, I knew they werent doing it right :D

One Important thing you did not miss out, but did not focus on is the fact you must lose all the excess body fat. Crunches etc dont lose the fat, just tone the abs. You could do a million crunches a day, got excess fat particularly on your gut, you wont see the abs. So get your fat selves on a DIET lol

Yeah! You are so right! As I wrote before, it IS the MOST important thing, but I don´t want to go into detail.....

You´re welcome! Yeah I know.... In my gym, I see maybe 2-3 guys who are doing it right.... It´s pretty simple, but I think many really HATE abs-workout, so they try to get over with it, as fast as they could ---> BIG mistake!

Yeah do it, bit as Executioner said: Watch your nutrition!!

I got a pic of me and my pit bull when she was a puppy. Damn dog would'nt look at the camera at all.
