Hey everyone,

Im looking for a good stretching exersices for for length, Im planing on coming up with a pure length routine.I was wondering if u guys can help me out or even come up with a effective program, it would really be awesome. So don't be shy with the info especially DLD, Supra and the other guru's in this forum :screamingLOL, while I hope u guys could help and maybe if we come up with a really effective routine we could use it on the paysite, just one of the many ideas I had that would be good For MOS. try TOW stretches, from my limited experience with them they seemed to work really well.
 
thanks Ill keep that In mind and will try them out to see if they are right for the routine?
 
Lazy Ass Stretches might be a good exercise to incorporate as well.
 
There is nothing better for pure length than hanging (although it most likely add some base girth)
 
Supra Slammers, DLD Blasters is all you need my brother!
 
I too am after a length only routine, I think if you did things like manual stretches, A-stretches, TOW stretches and combined these with some sort of ADS you would see some good gains, I also throw in some daily edging, so I am not completley neglecting girth!
 
IMHO PURE length would be weight hanging from my time their I gained more length VS girth gains .... ASSUMING you want Lenght growth more than girth? , than weights is the way I think.

Also Lazy ass stretches are a MUST .... everyone SWAIRS by these.
I suppose ya could try the TOW of myn, but some love um and some hate um LOL.

Theirs ALOT more to try I aint mentioned here, this world [npe] is full of variety, it can confuse many new guys .... but the above is MY advice for this, its upto you what ya pick.
 
I do Manual BTC stretches, these work great, plus DLD Pulse Stretches are amazing for length aswell.
 
This is how I added 3" fbp last year.
I just stretch until I feel Resistance and I stop pulling and start counting. Stop at 30 seconds until you get the hang of it. When you learn to relax you will find that after 15-20 seconds Mr. penis will relax and you can stretch out more and more, until you can reach 85-95% of fbp.
I stretch down, down right, down left,left, right,& out.
[in any order] do 3 reps each then ask yourself where did I feel the most pull? And do 10 reps in that direction,also in the last 10 reps alternate between the direction your pulling and up. Don't forget to do cranks as well 30 left+ 30 right 10 times. Build into this routine DON'T start it all at once.
When you get used to it add a second workout a day.
Do onces of pull not pounds of pull with this exercise for best gains.
One thought though you should jelq once or twice a week or you may loose some girth unless that is your goal lol

Thanks all you guys for repling, keep the info coming. Im still waiting to hear from DLD to see what he has to say about this.
 
I do lots of btc stretches to you might want to try some straight down tugs( grab behind the head, go from 0% stretch to 100% real quick and hold for a sec, then relax the stretch for a sec, and repeat until your ligs are burning) I think this is a play off on DLD's new exercise. I just started and this combination kicks my ass everytime. Good luck!
 
I say throw in some jelqs after the stretches for circulation sake. And don't worry about finding a "good routine" just know if you pull and stretch your dick it will grow. Try not to complicate things so much. And just to add, slammers are awesome!!
