I was wondering whats the best routine for nothing but girth, Im basically looking for a routine that would only concentrate on girth, so I could blow up my current girth at a weak 5'' to 6'' or more. I was going to diffenetily use DLD girth busters. And Im looking for other really good girth exerscies. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!! :balling:

i started at 7X5, and like you am focusing on girth first. I have ALMOST had it halfway to the elusive 6 inches. I would recommend DLD's girth busters among all else. Do them everyday and don't take layoffs. If you have stubborn girth you gotta hit it hard and often.
 
WTF you forgot about the Ring Of Power and Supra Slammers?!!!! BLAHAHHAHA
 
He's askin for 'pure girth'. Therefor it would be inappropriate to suggest the slammers;)
 
Really, the ROP in conjunction with the slammers is rocking my girth workouts like nothing before.
