There are many mods for the Bathmate. I have one of them and will post the mod I've done as soon as one of the replacement parts arrive. The current one I have is just bulky.
According to the Bathmate's directions and our perfect suction pressure test, when you pump the gaiter baffles (the plastic housing on the pump) to the point where the plastic ridges are fully compressed after 6 to 8 pumps, you achieved 16.3 to 16.8 inHg. That is far far far over the normal penile internal pressure for a young buck in his early 20s at around 10 inHg. However, it has been studied that your internal corpus cavernosa can take up to 16 inHg in a dynamic pressure change, where as long as you do not hold more than 60 seconds at the max pressure, you will be fine. However, do take notes that your other parts may be suffering, such as your glans and blood vessels at the beginning as you start out.
Recommended pressure is after 3 to 4 pumps while you are at your max erection. It literally feels like your penis is being blown up like a balloon on first set. The second set, your penis may be warmed up and expanded to allow more blood to enter. Just pump up to the point where it feels comfortable but that sensation of hard stiff engorgement of the penis. Third set, you may be able to go even higher. But do be careful at this point. This is where the danger of blisters, not internal damages, will occur on your glans if you go too hard because your penis feels not as engorged due to prior expansions. 4 to 5 pumps where the gaiter compression is 70% compressed is more than enough. 12 inHg at around 80% is considered unsafe zone for beginners. I tested out how high it can go, the vacuum pressure can go as high as 40 inHg using the manual bulb pump. I was horrified at the extreme pressure.
Thank you. I appreciate the information. There are many mods for the Bathmate. I have one of them and will post the mod I've done as soon as one of the replacement parts arrive. The current one I have is just bulky.

Ok I will remove the other postProbably by accident. Laggy internet can do that.
Here is one:There are many mods for the Bathmate.
You will feel it in your penis. How do you know how much pressure to use?
I don’t want to cause any harm on myself.
Using the Hydroxtreme.
Thanks
Interesting.Saw that one. I'll contribute my version to your post soon. The new is arriving today to fit things more properly. The other quick T-disconnector was slightly loose and allow air to enter the vacuum in a slow vac leak.
Yes. I'm typing up the guide now in a draft format. Once the part arrives, I'll put them all together and make the post as a final mod post.@oldandlively are you doing something similar to this setup?
Question - Question help
Hello, I bought a pump, but it does not have a pressure gauge, due to the difficulty in obtaining it in my area. Are there instructions that I can follow? For example, should the pressure be strong but tolerable, or should the pressure be low, normal, and for long periods? Also, I train every...mattersofsize.com
