Just a few added thoughts of mine on pumping.

DLD has always been a HUGE advocate for the mental side of Penis Enlargement. I believe pumping dramatically increases this due to the very nature of the "immediate" gains you see in the tube and the hours of "post pumping".

Once your mind has the image of your pumped cock during/after a session, it is much easier for you to put yourself in the mental state that "THIS WILL WORK!"

After a really good pump session, take a few extra minutes to really look at yourself in a mirror to notice the increased girth. Also, make sure to "FEEL"(another mental cue) the added weight of your cock. Hell, take a few pics and keep them on your computer just to stregthen that image!

That is so true about pumping! Especially in the erect girth and flaccid hang department. To me pumping is a added perk to my routine, sure I could clamp my ass off until my girth is the size of a soda can or close. But the temp gains you get from pumping last me up to 25 to 48 hours. So I don't have to pump everyday but everyother day to keep my extra girth.

All this said keeping that post workout girth is very effective in the mental stage of Penis Enlargement, because your cock is always thicker than normal, and your flaccid hang is way heavier than normal like you said Kook.

How much temporary girth do you guys gain with a short pumping session, like two sets of 15 minutes ?
I'm thinking this would be an excellent way to "test" a new size with my wife as she is still very unsure that an extra 1/2 to 3/4'' will feel good to her.
When I'm clamping I gain about 1/2 to 3/4'', but I've found it very difficult to maintain the clamped erection for sex. Seems like the pumping would work better especially when combined with a little Cialis.

Two 15min sessions at 5 hg should put you in the ball park of an extra 1/2 in or more. Pumping seems to me not to wear my dick out nearly as much as clamping, especially if you stay fully erect in the tube. For me maintaining a 100% ful erection in the tube works best for fastest temp erect gains.

hell give it a shot your wife might freak you like she never has before with that extra girth!

Thanks a lot Ed. I had the idea that like you said, the pumping wouldn't wear my dick out quite as bad. I like the idea of using Cialis before the pumping to keep 100% erection in the tube, then being able to transfer that erection immediately to sex. I have a suspicion you're right also in thinking my wife will love the extra girth, she has always told me the girth was way more stimulating to her than length. Also, (as others have stated) it would appear that for many women the magic begins at about 6.25 to 6.50 in girth. I would think this would especially be true of women whom are a little older and who have given birth.

Don't forget the jelq/massage between sets even if you are pumping just for the pump for sex! If you want to make it REALLY fun/sexy for you and your wife, talk her into going down on you as well between sets so you go back into the tube REAALLLLLYYY erect! At first my wife thought it was weird to do that but she really gets into it now. All I know is she just creams all over my thick monster when we have sex after I pump!!!

You confirm my thought that the 6.5 range is special as far as girth goes. I'm 6.0 normal, so if the pumping will get me to 6.50 to 6.75, that would give her the perspective on the size I'll be about one year from now without pumping.

He's a Clamper Kook! I used to be one too, until I bought a pump. Now I cannot remember the last time I worked with my cable clamp. Star you might end up like me too.

Kook, what I meant was that once I cement the gains from clamping, pumping, jelqs, other girth work, etc., I would be in the 6.5 to 6.75 range without the temporary gains that pumping allows. I'm think that would take me about a year. At that point, using the pump, I should be able to have temporary gains that would put me in the 7.0 to 7.25 range.

Hope that makes sense ?

Ed, you're right. It wouldn't surprise me at all if I enjoyed pumping more than clamping. I think Red may have the right idea for quicker gains in using both techniques together.
It's worth some experimentation to find something that really works slick.

Yep that sounds insane to me Kooky! I like it and will give it a shot! So it is a pump, jelq, clamp superset, then rest, which for me is edgeing, then repeat 3 times?

Damn I'd be like a soda can after that!
 
It depends on how you define "rest". My definition is to "rest by coninuing to stroke it after you take the clamp off to make sure you go back in the tube hard. Obviously, I don't know how experienced you are but this is NOT something for the faint of heart! You may need to build up to this!

Really good advice in here, and the mental edge is very important when you do this kind of workout.
You need to remain very focused on the task at hand, and not get distracted by that increase in size :)

Erection quality needs to be good as possible, so if you can keep it high naturally without any supplementation, that is what I do, and advise others, otherwise you could pop a pill when need be.

I found that visualizing during the session was key to its success. Pumping, clamping, girth work in general has had an 'erotic' aspect for me during the workout, to keep fully enlarged, interested, maintain the intensity.

Imagine past fantastic sex as you pump, kegel as you feel the blood rush through the shaft, it works every time.
