Will pumping at 7hg for (2) 20 minute sessions do me any good? I gain a good .75 in temp girth. I start with 35 Jelqs, and before my second set ill do 35 more & 35 to finish it off after last set.
total of 105 Jelqs
Ive been consistently doing this right before my girlfriend gets home from work.
Its addicting because the sex feels much better when im thicker. Plus, she loves the size.

Also, im concerned that having a lot of sex 1-2 hours after my pumping session just takes the blood out and hinders gains.

i do have an early day Bathmate/stretching routine with girth work as well.

Im new the forum any help or tips would be great

7hg is too high. Your max should be at least 5hg. having alot of sex will slow down your erection quality not gains. You need good erection quality for pumping.
 
Max at least 5hg? So then its' ok at most the max should be 7hg?
 
i think hes saying, max should be 5hg. i emailed vacutech and they said around the green line which is 4hg.

Vacutech says your MAX should be no more than 7hg, which is where I keep my sessions. Eight 10 minute sessions with 30 jelqs between sets. Then watch your dick grow.

7hg will give you massive fluid build up and no growth. Keep your gauge at 3 to 5hg and jelg 10minutes after every 25 minutes of pumping. The secret to gain girth with pumping is to edge after pumping workout. If you dont egde and wear cockring, you will not gain for shit.

I don't get much fluid retention at 7hg. Just a shit load of expansion. I use the thick walled elliptical cylinder and can't get a good seal unless I'm at 6 hgs.

Chas, How long have you been using this routine - 8 sets of 10 mins. I tried it out had great expansion. Have you seen permanent gains from your routine?
 
never tried to edge after workout. sounds like a good idea, i do wear a cock ring (leather band) around the sack and penis after workouts and usually throughout the day.

That's exactly what I wear post session and it really helps maintain the pump well.

I vary the pressure, going between 5Hg and 15Hg in any given session (pressure that high isn't recommended unless you are a real seasoned pumper). I use a technique called 'pulsing' and during my intervals, I'll increase the pressure to max, then pull back. Even at pressures that high, I don't get edema unless I stay at that pressure for long periods. But as a rule, 5-7Hg at 10-15 minute cycles is a good range for getting good expansion.

I've been doing that technique since September and December with the vacutech cylinder. I love that thick walled product. So much more comfortable than other cylinders. It's comfortable even at pressure above 12hg, which I only do in pulses as well. I've made noticeable gains since switching to dry pumping in September. I made gains with the Bathmate but not this fast. I recently added edging a couple times to the routine in between sets and its making a huge difference in the expansion.

Edging is awesome. Make sure you stop as soon as you feel that first wave of orgasm. Otherwise it's hard to stop and you make a mess of you and your Penis Enlargement session.
 
Guys please tell me what is edging.. I am not native english speaker and I can't find the best definition of this :)
 
I like to pump for 10 min, 30 jelqs, edge once, then put the pump back. I'm trying to do as many sets as I can with the edging. So far I can get 4 in with edging.

yes thickwalls are amazing, edging in between sets seems to be the way to go.

Wow, this is a fabulous idea and just in time to test against the final SRT Routine. I have always believed in Edging but never thought on it being used as a super-set....simply brilliant!
