Hey all,

New to this board, but not new to Penis Enlargement. I've recently started pumping and was wondering if there were any pumpers on the board. I usually pump for 20 minutes everyday at 7 in hg. I've read on other boards that pumping helps to cement gains made thru jelqing and stretching, anyone have comments/experience??
 
I used a pump once for like a week or so. My girlfriend at the time noticed a difference in my meat immediately. As soon as she saw my hard-on, she was like, "Is your dick bigger?" I shrugged it off, and I also never told her about my pump.

I've used it off and on for a bit after that, but I probably haven't touched it in like a year now. I never had one of those fancy ones with a pressure gauge, either. It was just some bullshit pump from a seedy ad in a magazine.

Getting results from a pump seem to make sense... you fluff your cock up to a bigger size for a period of time, and if you keep doing it, your dick has to get bigger eventually, right? I still fuck with it if I'm bored. I'm not a really big fan of pumps...they always suck my ballskin in.

I'd rather do Extreme Ulies....they work from the inside out rather than from the outside in.
 
think you'll be one of the 1st pumpers here, we dont have a pumper community really as of yet ... but stick around and help us get the pump message across ....... however I myself have NEVER tried pumping, it has made me curious.
Also keep things like this in the alternative section.
 
I pump occasionally and personally I think that if you pump alone it won't produce any permanant gains. But pumping with jelqs, squeezes and what have you will produce gains. Pumping is an excellent supplement to Penis Enlargement overall, I've also heard of it improving some ED as well. But you have to make sure not to over pump as this can cause some serious damage. I use to pump I did it in 2 ten minute sets at 5hg with stretches before and jelqs between with minimal fluid build up. This really made my veins prominent. Pumping is a great thing when done right.
 
I pump on occaision. I have a CTC1000 electric pump. Its great, I have been hanging using my Bib Hanger as of late. Pretty much hanging primarily. I pumped for almost a year exclusively and saw some small gains. But couple them with hanging and or Jelqing and you'll be VERY impressed!!!
 
Sorry for not starting this tread in the right forum, i wasn't sure where it belonged.

I definitely believe that pumping alone isn't going to make any significant gains. I also jelq and stretch everyday. I've been doing jelqs in the morning, wear an ADS device for most of the day, and pump in the evening for ~20 minutes straight, but i like inamo's idea of pumping for two sets with stretches and jelq in between. I think i'll start that tonight and continue for the next month and see if i make any significant gains. I'll post my results here.
 
I pumped for a month along with jelqs, slammers, ullis, and constrictors and gained .5" in girth, also wore the ROP
 
Last night i pumped for two 10 minute sets @ 7 hg, did DLD's newbie routine in between, and put on the ROP after. All i gotta say is WOW! I must admit that it was probably my best Penis Enlargement workout ever, i thought that my head was going to explode. Afterwards, i don't think i ever hung that low before. I think that i'm gonna stick with this routine for some time. I'll post my results (if any) over the next few weeks.

What routine have you been doing with the pumping and what gains have you made?
 
I gained about a half inch girth during the month to month and a half that i pumped with DLD's newbie routine. I stopped pumping for a few weeks cuz i've been focussing on length and i've kept my girth gains. I'm really happy about this as i had the impression that gains made thru pumping were temporary. This was my routine where i made the .5 inch girth gains:

First 2 weeks:
Mon-Fri
Morning: DLD Newbie stretching
Evening: Pump for 10 minutes @ 5-6hg, 300 jelqs, Pump for 10 minutes @ 6-7hg
Sat-Sun
Morning: DLD Newbie stretching
Evening: 300 jelqs

Weeks 3 and on:
Mon-Fri
Morning: DLD Newbie stretching, 300 jelqs
Evening: Pump for 10 minutes @ 5-6hg, 300 jelqs, Pump for 10 minutes @ 6-7hg
Sat-Sun
Morning: DLD Newbie stretching
Evening: 300 jelqs

**jelqs are done almost fully erect (~90% erect) and slowly (~5sec to complete)

I've since started a new routine that DLD has suggested to me. I've been doing the new routine for a few weeks and will measure again in a few more weeks. I only measure once a month otherwise i get discouraged when my measurements fluctuate.
 
This all sounds very interesting. Anyone have any advice on what pumps are good, or could someone provide a website with various pumps + some details? Kinda makes me curious and I want to look into it.

I can only point you to http://www.ctc-company.com/ The XL1000 is the only one I have expierience with. Its great, I dont use it very often. Its been a year now. But I wont get rid of it thats for sure. When I was using it, I used it every two days for an hour. I pretty much dropped the whole thing when I got my bib hanger. The best thing about it it was almost idiot proof. It did all the work and I only had to set the adjustment on the suction as not to over do it before I was ready. But aftera few months I could max it out. For sure!
 
Very interesting link ctmwm. I went to it, and from the description, it sounds more like it's some kind of sex machine, haha. Wow, what a price tag too. Why is it that you have completely stopped using this when you got your bib hanger? Was it that easy to max out?

CTMWM, those electric pumps look cool, but just too pricey for my blood. Maybe down the road, i'll break down and get a one. But to answer Shonen's question, i highly recommend that you get a pump with a gauge. Here's the one that i use:

Just make sure that what ever pump you decide to get has a gauge or you run the risk of overpumping which can be very bad, especially in the beginning.
 
Thanks for the detailed answer sikdogg. I am pleased that you have found the pump to be of use in your search for permanent gains.

I have been on the DLD newbie stretching for four weeks this Sunday and also done some hanging. I am looking forward to my first re-measure on Sunday then I will add pumping to my daily routine. I ordered a thickwall cylinder and pump with a gauge which should be here this week.

Can you tell me if you start pumping while erect or flaccid? Do you wear a cock ring during and after pumping? Do you use a seal with your cylinder?

You can start either way as the pump will draw blood into your penis get you erect, but i found that if i start pumping while erect or semi-erect i get better results. Also make sure you're lubed up when you pump, this will allow your penis to slide along the cylinder smoothly as you get erect.

No i don't wear a cock ring during or after. I do, however, wear a ROP that that fits snugly for a few hours after.

I actually bought mine used with 4 cylinders, for $200. a 600 dollar deal! Those tubes the good ones anyway are over a hundred bucks each too! After a few months of pumping I could max it out so I went for time. I did an 1-2 hours and kept the cylinders small so I could go for lenght and not DONUT out! I prefer the Bib hanger because It gives me more of a feeling of real gains. The tubing in the line, there is a resistance tube section, so you can tell when your maxing out. It kinda crushes or squeezes down and when it hits the point when it totally collapses on itself you have maxed out. There is no guage in line but it pumps so they say in unison with your heart beat or close to it and it lets fresh blood in every stroke so you can pump longer than with regular pumps.

I agree with jelking, stretching, and supplementing with pumping. I learned not to use a very high vacuum. It's better, I think, to use the vac to hold the gain made by exercise stretching, kegaling in the tube, exercising under a vac. If you raise the vacuum, do so only for about 10 seconds, then release, stretch and uli, and then return with low vac. The vacuum will pull you beyond what you can achieve normally with a hard-on, but vacuum only keeps the stretch that you made with the exercises. When you get done, if you did it right, you feel stretched all the way in, past the perenium. You'll know you did something.

I noticed actual gains in only 4 days, doing it this way.

I'm worried about overstretching ligaments, which will cause thickening and shortening, forcing you to work harder and harder for every tiny gain you make.

I would like to know if short, hard pulls tend to thicken the ligaments? I think they do. I also haven't found this subject anywhere yet. Maybe I just missed it. But it's so basic, I'd think it would be the no. 1 warning out there. Do no harm.
