Indeed, the Veterans need to help the Newbies! Altruism is what makes us so special!

Just started pumping again about 1 month ago. Never really got into it much, but used it as a additional supplement exercise in addition to my regular PE exercises, workouts.

My questions to the successful pumpers.

  1. How many times per day is safe to pump, intervals between pumping?
  2. What pressures can be used and what timeline can pressures be increased?
  3. Do higher pressures hurt, help gains ?
  4. As you get more experienced, time under your belt, should times, pressures be increased ??
  5. Do any of you use a silicone donut on your pump for comfort?
Anyone use a cock ring around the base of your shaft while in the
    pump tube ??
    Lube ??

1] I think this is more the case of what is the safest amount of time to pump, because while thinking about this, I could see it possible to pump six times a day! but in small time bytes for example x6 10 minute sessions spread throughout the day.

This is just an example to illustrate, that you could have many sessions throughout the day and not go overboard, but I think what you want to know is the time? well I would say stick to 15-20 minutes most on low to medium pressure when starting in one go [session], and only use higher pressure after you've allot of experience i.e been doing it consistently for 6 months, and even then you would gradually build that pressure from low to high during the session.

Too much, and it just leaves allot of lymphatic fluid. So off that, if you split it into two sessions of 10 minutes with something like 6-8 hours between them, and I see it working fine.

2] Sorry I cant be more specific here. I never had a gauge when I pumped, which is naughty I know, when you have a dry pump it is essential, but with hydro pumps - bathmate - it prevents unsafe levels of pressure to build up, and a gradual build of pressure due to how the volume of water surrounds your penis while the pressure [vacuum] is delivered. Acts like a cushion.

I would say from experience, low to moderate pressure is best used. Wish I had the numbers to quote, but sadly I dont, would be more useful for you [and me] but I went from feel in the tube, not always the best indicator though.

The timeline for pressure to be increased is gradually with the more exposure you have to the previous levels of pressure, the penis will become more accustomed to it, and you'll need to up the ante so to speak. Like lifting heavier weights, or taking less rest, its increasing intensity but not in a way that will harm the penis. You simply do this gradually, which can be hard when your knob is swelling so well, but please go like the snail this is a marathon not a race. Its a long race, but the rewards are much better with patience.

3] Higher pressure does feel more uncomfortable, especially in a dry pump. Its less so when its been gradually worked to, like in a session from low > medium > high over 15-20 minutes, but if you ramp it up straight to high [which I have done] it hurts, and you will get blisters, discoloration, soreness, and possibly worse.

High pressures have uses however, and could be used in short bursts. If you can monitor the pressure with a gauge, or have one of those auto pumps you could ramp it up high for 20 seconds or so and then go back to the low pressure for the duration, and keep going up every 2 minutes or so to high for 20 seconds. It could help with a stubborn spell, its all about intensity, but most wont need to do that. Its an advanced extreme technique to help get past a sticking point.

4] Yes and yes but in moderation and not as much like we would think. In my early days I started out with 10 minutes low to medium and thought I could in the future do 40 minutes moderate to high, but it didn't work out. Might work for some, who knows, but from my own experience, pumping has a fine line, not very forgiving like other penis enlargement methods, not to say it isn't effective, but you need to be vigilant.

I suppose if you managed 20 minutes okay at moderate pressure, you can move to 25 minutes with moderate pressure, with intense near the last 5 minutes or split it into x2 15 minute sessions with both using moderate to high near the end.

When you feel the time needs going further, just keep in mind not to aim further past 20-30 minutes in one non-stop session, and its time to break that session up into several sets, spread out throughout the day otherwise its frankencock.

5] I would strongly advise you try wearing a condom or even two if you can get large sizes. Seriously, they are golden at helping to reduce fluid, its like a scuba divers gear for your dick.

I have used toruniquets around my base, and underneath my glans before I pumped with very good success. Please see my constricted boas for more on that. But dont use too much constriction, just lightly does it.

Great info bro, ill give it a shot and add your experience to my pumping arsenal of PE pumping knowledge. Thanks again brother. ?
