I would like to pose a question for discussion wether light pumping achieves the same result as jelqing and other lenthening exercises
when pumped to 3-5hg apply a pulling motion to the cylinder this will cause tension to the ligs, blood is forced into penis just the same as jelqing. with a pull on cylinder vacuum will increase at the head similar to a uli ?, any comments or perhaps I have made a false assumption.

This is a good question i never really understood how pumping doesnt increase girth permanately or length for that matter. You get that same plump feelng after a good girth session. Does anyone know?

thanks for comments DLD , I can only apply pulling tension when I have packed the cylinder , and even then only ,I am guessing , a few pounds but over 10-15mins it seems to work.

I dont know much about pumping either. I have however asked many guys about it on the various Penis Enlargement forums I have been involved with over the last several years and the guys who have made permanent gains usually told me that it took several years to see gains and even then the gains were small compared to what can be had with manual work or other means like weights. I also gather that many guys who pump are into it for sort of a fetish.....more so than for actual Penis Enlargement gains. I mean why else would you spend YEARS pumping ..only temporarily enlarging your penis when you could use better methods and make permanent gains? Maybe I'm misssing something. I'm not making these comments with in a negative manner...I'm just genuinly trying to understand. From what I have understood pumping almost always puts most of the 'resistance' on the outside of the penis vs. from the inside out like with manual work. Pushing more fluid under the skin...causing the bloated look seen in pics of guys who pump .

Thanks for your comments SWM I agree to a certain extent with what you are saying. I consider myself a dedicated Penis Enlargement'r and I think pumping at low pressure has a part to play. But I agree it should be combined with other methods. But on the other hand pumping has a valuable part, in my opinion, to play in Penis Enlargement. and I still think if combined pump and pulling will help. But hey Im not the expert here, but i do try.

The CTC2000 ($400) Before I found DLD and the forums. I had quite the pumping routine I pumped daily. And I really didnt see any real gains. But in combo with jelqing I saw some small gains.

Thanks Biggerbill, I am about 7.5in BP, still trying to reach the magic 8in.
ctmwm I agree I think an combination of jelq followed by pumping at about 5hg ,then stretch in the pump , finishing off with some uli's. the a hot soak to recover:p

I havent tried hanging yet , must make one of the many types mentioned on this forum and have a go

Hi ctmwm, I must get some hanging done , how has it been for you so far , what weight and time did you find suited you. Any results so far .

the reason u don't get cemented gains from pumping is due to it doesn't allow the blood to circulate like jelquing does, the blood must be able to circulate for gains to be made so the appropriate chemicals can reach the cells, in pumping this doesn't happen the blood flow slows so the cells don't get the right chemicals this is why it doesn't work so well.
if you do pump the best way to do it is to pump gentally and leave the pump on for an hour or so, although circulation is slowed it will still carry on, on a light pump but on a hard pump it does not, so short time hard pumps are ineffective and can cause damage and peyronies.

hope this has been usefull

p.s if any one wants to know how peyronies happens it's by damaging the blood chambers in your penis, when the chambers heal back up they can't absorb as much blood as they once could so ur dick doesn't grow on that part as much when erect as other parts so u can end up with a curve/bend

I'm still of the personal belief...well it's just sensible really, that you can get a lot more resistance with manual stretching or weights even than from pumping . I only jelq to warm up for a few minutes before intense girth work. There are much better exercises....more efficient ones for girth or length . Stretching for length ...and squeeze type exercises for girth.

Just the ramblings of a mad man who's been there.

Thanks for the comments SWM I tend to agree with you about streching for better and possibly quicker results for lenght gains, but I am basically lazy and I like to combine exercises and reduce effort. But as you all say you only get results if you put in th e required effort.
I think the answer for me is "must try harder":mad: oh well can only dream of the elusive 8" goal, one day!!!!!!

Rob,
Stretching /jelking/pumping is now a part of my everyday living.
I have a pumped effect all the time without the fluid build up.
During the pumping part of my daily routine I alternate between
time in the tube and hard jelking.I pump lightly before sex and retain the rock hard erection by taking 33mg of generic viagra.

Thanks Dixie , must admit my wife likes the extra girth after pumping , but I havent had much success with the length gains. Will have to get into some serious length exercises, although as Im about 7.75 bp. I can manage very well, but we always want more length even if it is only to impress the wife ( or anyone who catches an quick view :p ,!!

Must go and get some stretching done

Have packed cylinder over 8in at last!!.
Using Mityvac + 10in gravel tube.
Been jelqing and some stretching , no hanging yet , must try soon.

Not quite 8in out of tube but getting close.
