I do several 30 second sets of bundles when I first step-into the shower...kinda loosens things up. Then I get my
BM and pump just enough so I can go hands-free, (maybe 60%) and so my normal shower duties. Remove and do a few
SSJ's, stretches, bundles then back in the
BM to 80%-90% for 10 minutes or so which includes hardcore stretches, helicopters, BTC all while in the
BM...take it off and stretch/jelq, then the last ten minutes I pump as much as I can tolerate and do as many Kegels and reverse Kegels as I can. This all takes about 45 minutes of shower-time, so to keep my water bill from sky-rocketing, I reduce the amount of water-flow as I progress through my routine.
Get out, dry off and take a minute in the mirror to admire what I just created and then try and find an underwear/slacks combo that will conceal that monster and go about my day
