Uncommon question here, but I'm considering cutting down or stopping masturbation, so I'm wondering if anyone knows if you can make any gains with bath mate without an erection?
 
I'd imagine the answer to be 'yes', similar to getting gains while jelqing flaccid. Your best results would definitely be derived from pumping while erect, tho...can you just choose not to 'finish'? My best expansion comes when I Kegel and reverse Kegel at 100% expansion/pressure/eq...I'll do as many sets as I can in a ten minute period. Focusing on the actual exercise sort of takes away the desire to continue through completion, (plus there's a bit of fatigue).
 
Pumping flaccid usually did nothing for me except make my penis look mutated with excess fluid build up. Hurts sometimes too.

Cutting down on masturbation can be tough., especially if you formed a chronic behavior of it but Edging and stamina work will test both your endurance and mental strength so just for that sake you should look at it more as "stamina work" rather than masturbation.

Edging also helps you get that reconnection with your penis and change your perspective on how you react to each and every sensation. Feels great too.

If you are going to be masturbating I think every man should get in at least 20 minutes of girth work prior to orgasm. Whacking off will get you nothing but off, making girth work apart of your masturbation makes it productive.
 
yep im a bit tired of warmig up before using my BM was wondering if i could just grab my BM and start a session...?:( maybe increasing pressure until the penis gets ready...:)

I do several 30 second sets of bundles when I first step-into the shower...kinda loosens things up. Then I get my BM and pump just enough so I can go hands-free, (maybe 60%) and so my normal shower duties. Remove and do a few SSJ's, stretches, bundles then back in the BM to 80%-90% for 10 minutes or so which includes hardcore stretches, helicopters, BTC all while in the BM...take it off and stretch/jelq, then the last ten minutes I pump as much as I can tolerate and do as many Kegels and reverse Kegels as I can. This all takes about 45 minutes of shower-time, so to keep my water bill from sky-rocketing, I reduce the amount of water-flow as I progress through my routine.
Get out, dry off and take a minute in the mirror to admire what I just created and then try and find an underwear/slacks combo that will conceal that monster and go about my day
