This is old school. If you haven't ever heard of John Mccalum then you may have never heard of this. He wrote about this approach in 1963. yeah, I said it was old school. Protein saturation is a consistent intake of BCAA or the ingestion of whole protein foods. I've been looking at some information and been reading some of his articles from Strength and Health magazine in the Book THE COMPLETE KEYS TO PROGRESS, and have come up with an idea, that I feel is awesome for adding size and getting really lean, but not lean sissy model lean, I mean ripped, rugged, and dense lean. Arnold lean if you would.

Here it is:
Meal 1: Protein Shake 44-68 g protein
Amino acid tabs 4 tabs= 20g protein

damn it....the post time limit ran out.....now I get to start over....fun stuff....

Yeah I wore a rubber. So you really think I shouldn't worry about the table?

Ohh only the greatest tasting natural peanut butter ever made. No really that's what it is. It's peanut butter fortified with flax seeds, flax seed oil, fiber, and has 32 g protein per serving, a serving is 4 tbs. It's awesome stuff, cause if you have a craving for something sweet, it's got just a lil bit of honey to hold you over. It's good stuff, and it's made in Opelika, Alabama. the guy that owns the company lives right around the corner from me, he's real cool, and wants to come out with a few other products, that I am looking forward to. If you want more info check out powerbutter.com.
I get excited when I talk about the stuff, cause it's so easy to use, and great for a snack. It makes my day so much easier, that and my protein shakes.

Hey AC, if you want I can get you a 5 lb thing of it and send it to you. Just PM me if you want it. Buy a little thing first, and you'll be hooked man. I really do like it, and the protein saturation diet is awesome. I've been doing it for two weeks now, and yes it is my own creation, and I'm getting leaner, denser, and stronger, all at the same time, and it's because I've doubled my protein intake. This is a blend of something I read from John Mccalum and some new research I read about protein absorption and the bodies ability to increase protein utilization and snythesis by a greater intake load. Sometimes you have to froce the body to grow......LOL.....maybe the dick will grow along with the muscles, that would be great. Looking good naked is one thing, but looking good naked with a huge cock, is a whole other story.

Isn't that too much protein and not enough other stuff (carbs, fats, etc.)? It doesn't sound very healthy at all to me. I mean, sure you'd get huge, but it seems like your health would go down the toilet.

That's alot of protein from 4 tabs, are you sure about that?? What brand is it?? Cuz if 4 tabs can really provide 20g of protein then i want some.

It's not too much protein, for mass building, you can consume 2gr of protein per pound of body weight to really pack on serious muscle. It looks like a variation of a keto (or low carb) diet... and you're right about not having enough carbs/fats. You either have to increase fats or carbs otherwise your body will use the protein for energy. It's not a bad diet per se, it just need to add a source for energy.

Old school is good but you just can't deny science. Diet and nutrition imformation has improved greatly since the 1960's.

I got you AC. No prob.

Ok, here's what I did. This actually isn't a Keto diet, even though it may appear to be. There are plenty of fats and carbs for sufficient energy and health. One of the best and most efficient nutrient ratios is 60-20-20. The reason for this is because your body can assimilate two macronutrients very efficiently, and three can overload it if they are all in higher amounts. John Berardi wrote an article on gluconeogenisis and the three macronutrients in regards to fat loss and lean muscle accrual. I designed this based on some old stuff from John Mccalum along with some of John's writings and some research I found from WebMD. I hate low carb diets, but I'm very carb sensitive. The whole idea was to get carbs in the morning, having moderate amounts of fat and a whole lot of protein. The power butter, eggs, meat, and milk have fats in them, along with Protein. I make sure to do 15-20 minutes of cardio after my upper body training sessions, and I do the olympic lifts, as this diet would be useful pre-contest or pre-strength competition, it will only be used for one-two months.

The tabs are from a company called Beverly International, and yes they have 5 g protein per tab. You take four at a time and you have twenty grams of protein.

I made a slight adjustment to the last meal, which is a protein shake, I am taking two fish body oil tabs to maintain proper insulin levels as I sleep. Also the added benefits of vitamin C and the fish oil tabs will keep the hormones just humming along all night.

I am using a few other supplements as well. I use DYA Pro-peptide meal replacement, and Muscle Provider from Beverly. Creatine Select from Beverly, 7-Keto Muslean, Lean Out, and the GNC's Mega Men vitamins, which I have to take a single pill three times a d to maintain B vitamins in my system cause this is not a timed delivery system vitamin. This thing works. I've been using it for the last two weeks, and my body fat is dropping my weight is staying the same, lean mass gain, and I am having no health problems at all. I will have my triglicerides and my T levels checked in the next week or so, if I can get an appointment.

Hey AC....I bought it for 43. and some change. I'll have to look at what postage would be for me to send it to you. Thing is five pounds, I wonder if I could find an envelope big enough to put it in.....

I'm liking the idea of this thing. Looks great. And I really like the milk idea :p Most diets say to drink only water and whatnot, but to tell the truth, I can't drink water unless I'm working out or running. I seem to almost gag on it for some reason unless I am doing physical activity... Mmm... milk... oh, and what is this GNC's Mega Men vitamin? is it a multivitamin or what?

Oh, and is there a place I can order that powerbutter? Does GNC carry it or would I have to get it through you?

I looked at the powerbutter site and now I'm even more curious lol Ok, what is the difference between normal and the sports version?

You can order it off the website. I was under the impression that this was a national product already, but I suppose it's only available in stores in the southeast, but Jeff Everson runs ads for it in Planet Muscle which I beleive is based out of Cali. Yeah you can order it from them. For those who wanted to know, cause it kept slipping my mind, you can visit beverly international for the amino acid tabs I use, they are alled mass aminos, go through the website and read the info. the protein shake I am using is from them it's the one called Muscle Provider, for you already lean guys check out Ultra Size and for big guys trying to get bigger check out Mass Maker and Muscle Provider. Don't buy from beverly though, cause it's expensize, I order all of my stuff from powernutrition.net, better prices and quick delivery.

The sports version is different because they designed it to meet the NCAA supplementation guidelines, that's essentially the only thing I noticed, cause I can't read the label, and I haven't seen this in any store, yet.

The mega men are vitamins from GNC, but there's a problem with this. It's not a time released vitamin so you piss most of it out before it can be used. Try to find a vitamin that is time released, I think the beverly sports pak is a time released vitamin, but I've never taken them, but I am ordering some in the next four days. I'm restocking on everything a the moment, so I am enjoying just kind of being lazy...HEHEHE....12 hour work days will do that to you. Holla

Ok, my fault. The address I gave was wrong. It's powernutrition.net. Sorry for the mix up.

I would say that it's going great. I started using 100% MR and Muscle Synthesis from infinityfitness.com. I made the change so that I wouldn't have to be so concerned with eating six meals a day, because of my schedule. Founding a compnay can make things hectic. I've revised my lifting as well, it's more abbreviated now. Everything is going great. Holla

Mr. Millionman, I read on some site that eating too much protein without enough carbs and whatnot will plunge your testosterone levels, you have been taking in massive amounts....do you think thats bullshit or what??

Yeah, going with the same lines as Vlad, you need carbs to bulk and also is you saturate yourself with too much protein = kidney faliure <:(

No, test levels won't fall if you have a 1:1 ratio of fat calories and protein calories. Remember test is a lipid, it is effected by amounts of fat in the diet. Carbs are not necessary outside of glycogen production, which is the fuel used for repeated muscular contraction. The diet includes enough carbohydrate from low glycemic carbs, fruits and veggies. Carbs add calories, that's a surplus of calories which would mean the body has more than enough for daily activity and protein synthesis for tissue regeneration. When you are trying to cut body fat and gain muscle, you have to be precise with your macronutrient ratios. In all the studies done on protein intake and kidney failure the participants were all suffering from some sort of kidney disease that was causing renal faliure, and the high protein intake worsened it. Protein is not bad for you, even in high amounts. This diet simply puts you into a 2 g per lb. of body weight category, not dangerous by any stretch of the imagination. I've sinve gone to eating three times a day and using 2 BCAA supplements and am seeing good results, even though my schedule has been hectic and my eating has not been 100% clean. I should be able to post my before and after pics soon. Holla
